yesterday i did some line of meth and my heart was beating so fast that it felt like a panic attack and today i still feel like i have a panic attack? is this normal? i am never going to touch this drug again no matter how good it feels

Yeah, increased BPM and paranoia are relatively common side effects of meth. Meth has quite a long duration and elimination period, so you might still feel the nasty effects from it for a day or two after dosing.

If you can get hold of them, i'd recommend trying to get hold of some benzos, they can help a lot both with the paranoia and physical symptoms. If you can't get them, alcohol can work in a similar way.

If you feel as though you may be medically in trouble - do NOT hesitate to seek out medical aid (hospital, ER).

its hard to explain but its like as if my brain is telling me to go sniff some more but i flushed them down the toilet. is my mind trying to trick me into thinking this is the only way to feel happy?

Pretty much. That's what impulsive drug cravings are =D

Good on you for flushing it. I probably couldn't muster such willpower.
