NEMD Metal Up Your Ass! The MetalHeads Thread v.VIVIVI

eye hate god is pretty sick imo... i don't listen to them too much, but they are pretty big underground in america and probably other places. admired by people in a bunch of different music scenes of metal and hardcore or screamo from what i understand from the net over the past twenty years.

the post above me is pretty average stuff. i definitely can listen to stuff like that... it reminds me of the cover of the black sabbath song "Symptoms of the universe" by sepultura:

i first heard this song on the skate video that can be found on you tube under Church of Skatan" Santa Barbara when i was a kid... that type of music with watching skating fits really well imo... only the first two minutes of the recording i showed are shown in the skate video. i think they recorded two different versions of the song. only the longer version is on you tube.

EyeHateGod have just finished a UK Tour, 2nd time I have seen 'em.
Best Track is this imho

As to Sepultura I love their first 2 albums, I was a young kid in the late 1980's when I got their first album followed by the 2nd a week later, this stuff is so Raw & Old Skool Thrash I love it ssssoooo much.

I'm pretty sure this E.P. was there first ever recording.

This is followed by the other numbered song E.P.

These releases I think they were still trying to perfect their distortion and like how they did sound. You can definitely tell with the first recorded E.P. it doesn't sound as good as other albums but still really raw and noisy.

Then they got signed by earache records. The old testament and old stuff collections is just like mixes of old stuff they never released.

This is the unplugged accoustic album its
amazing

Yeah man full blown aids is amazing. That's like Seth Putnam's more serious work like he actually takes the musical integrity of that band more seriously. It's a lot darker and harder. I almost got a full blown aids hoodie it sucks that I missed buying it.

;)

You aware of Nailbomb - Point Blank?

It is Max & a few others from Sepultura, it was a sideproject they did in the early 1990's but is a very famous album, the image is burned into my memory growing up & I used to get so very odd looks when I had the t-shirt & wore it in public.

i have heard of nailbomb, but had no idea that it had members of sepultura... good info

My God this is PERFECT!!!!!!

When I think of Black Metal my mind always goes to Burzum (Hvis Lyset Tar Oss is the perfect BM album & sound in my opinion) but this track & this album I just hunted down on Youtube is 100% Black Metal.

It sounds like something that is actually Evil & Not Human, I am a HUGE fan of Silencer & Abruptum as when I learned about that band I found the fact the Dwarf was called "It" as he was too Evil to have a Human name.

This is truly amazing, I am really impressed with this 100%
If you know anything else like this post it up, this stands alone though in my view in the BM sound, anyone can make a sound like Satanic Warmaster or Nargaroth but this stands alone.

This album will sit up there equal with the first Gorgoroth album (Ritual off that album is one of my favourite BM tracks to ever be recorded.

@Asclepius @kiely

Never heard of this guy before today, I just finished checking this out & some of his music, the vocal on the early stuff is like Silencer being burned alive, it's rare I am impressed by BM these days but I just found another solo project up there with Burzum & Wigrid.
