Hmmm. I have a photographic memory of the best pre-ban (it seemed to come in two distinct looks - very hard crystals a bit like the lightest brown sugar and the snowy, sparkly softer stuff). Neither was particularly smelly. If I saw either of those again, I'd almost guarantee I'd be in for a good time. =D My heart sinks when I open a baggy of 'meph' and it doesn't resemble one of those types - I instantly expect less. :X
 
As an American just discovering this stuff (jealous of you Brits), I'm both euphoric (half because of the drug itself!) and worried. Never taken a drug that so demanded a redose, and didn't seem to have really negative after effects. Unfortunately, the negative after effects are there, they're just not immediately apparent.

Got 2.5g on thursday, went through 1.75g with 4 friends that night (I definitely took the most out of all of them). Despite my best efforts, did about another 250mg on Friday. Now it's taking all of my willpower to save the last 250mg for Sunday night, since I won't have to get up at 6:00AM the next morning.

Part of me wishes this were a street drug here like it is in the UK, but part of me is glad I have to go through some intense technological efforts to get it. If I could buy it any day I wanted, I'd probably crash and burn by the end of the semester.
 
The stuff in that pic doesn't look like pre ban meph at all. The stuff my mate had at the weekend was crystalline powder. Only had probably 3 lines and a 150mg bomb but no comedown and home asleep by 4am.
 
Indeed -- none of the pre ban meph I had had shards or square crystals. 4-MEC is shardy like that pic. That said, I've had "square meph" since the ban - it wasn't preban quality but it was good - definitely not 4-MEC.

I've had square meph, rectanguar meph, sugar crystal type meph, big clear shards, tiny clear shards, all since the ban...

Some have been better than others, but all have been meph.... (apart from a yellowy type one that I suspect was MEC, not nice,over very fast,felt jittery after)

@Dr_Rockotnik 1 gram between 3, yeah, hardly surprising you were asleep by 4, specially bombing 150mg, that would do fuck all...
 
Everyone rated the glassy pre ban crystally stuff over the powder fishy stinking stuff. I was the opposite. Never saw big shards ala 4-MEC/MSG, not preban anyway. I liked the shrimpy fine powder. Smashing the crystals down to a powder for snorting was an added ball ache aswell. How do you take yours MM?

never seen meph look like that personally, but then again I have not tried loads of different batches.

The squares further up the page are the shit, going to get some soon hopefully =D
 
Even I've never seen meph like that megasyn.

Agree with FT about the rectangular one, theres a nice shard one about again now too.

That's exactly like the stuff that's round here at the moment. It's wicked at the time but even now my new jeans are reeking of it after being worn once (and washed). It looks like small shards/crystals. Some of my mates did 7 or 8gs of it and been ill ever since. Really is fiendish stuff.
 
How had mephedrone use affected peoples MDMA experiences?

I'm not talking months of abuse, I'm just talking short term, but in close proximity to the MDMA?

Basically I've been chipping away at mephedrone for the past 2 weeks (about 2-3 grams in all) and I plan on a big MDMA night on Saturday? Have I spoiled it for myself? Or have people not noticed much of an impact? I won't be touching anything for the next 3 days, will be doing plenty of exercise and getting lots of sleep.
 
My MDMA experiences aren't as good as they used to be. Dunno if it's totally down to meph, but I reckon there will be some cross tolerance. There's an aspect of meph similar to MDMA (loved up) that I didn't get after the few times.

What sort of meph use are you talking? Do you think about 2gs in 2 weeks is likely to have much effect on taking MDMA in a couple of nights?

Even though it has only been small doses at a time? Its not like its been a 1g binge every 3 days.

What do you suggest I do to make the most of Saturday? Bring some meph along and use if you're right and the MD doesn't work?
