Mephedrone Megathread VIII: Hnnnng!

To be fair I've had full blown hallucinations on mephedrone (looking out of windows that weren't even there - watching people that didn't even exist).

Such things have never happened to me on acid.

Although I was mixing alcohol with the meph and necking 300+mg bombs @ a time.

Me to mate, proper full on auditory and visual hallucinations. May have been do to sleep dep. Things get weird after 36 hrs or so.

ive never even slightly hallucinated on meph, i find it quite strange that otheres have tbh. im not saying its bull shit but just odd that it can have totally diffrent effects on people

ive never really seen any weird stuff, few strobes and everything goes kind of cartoony at around 500mg when drunk, everything looks almost picture like on a slightly lower dose but nothing too bad. never have a problem sleeping on drone and can always stop myself going on massive binges. i guess sleep dep is the main cause of the hallucinations

This last year has been pretty sweet. Really disappointed to see a ban.

For my coin, nothing is quite as versatile as meph (nor as reliable or keenly priced). In all honesty, probably best to avoid buying any now. The price will go up and it will probably be cut to crap.

On the plus side (not for me as no longer touch it) MDMA quality _might_ go up (as the price will), due to lack of competition. Then again, it might get worse because of lack of competition.

A shame really, but great while it lasted.

I've hallucinated on meph but much like other posters. It was as much sleep deprivation and being generally off my box as anything else, and have had far morevisual experiences from MDMA in the same vein....

Its not proper trippin though, not like a psychedelic hallucinogen trip. Just your mind being fucked beyond belief and going beserk....watch half an episode of some telly program then realise the telly is off

I've never really had much in the line of visual hallucinations, but around an hour or so into the comedown I do start hearing many many things that aren't there. Then the feeling that my head may explode sets in!

About a month off the stuff and I really REALLY hope I get my hands on some MDMA soon cos I'd much prefer to never touch that caic again!

I get audio hallucinations after a night up on meph, much quicker than with sleep dep and any other stim, never had any visual hallucination though

With a fair amount of pot I can have some great CEV's at around the 500mg mark. It might just be due to the fact that I have done alot of psychedelics though .

My meph hallucinations weren't down to sleep deprivation, or smoking weed.

I just put it down to bombing the stuff whilst drunk.


I also agree with Spade about MDMA giving the ultimate hallucinations - talking to people who weren't there, etc.

I got some epic opened and closed eye visuals the third time I tried it after taking 350mg it was very lucid, there was a strange electric blue motif to every hallucination and I was in complete control of them too, I could just imagine something and it would appear before me. Granted I was on acid aswell I know for a fact that this stuff played more than it's fair share in these visuals as I've never experianced anything like that on acid alone, candyflipping though maybe with ketamine but those hallucinations were much stronger and I didn't have any lucid control over them like I did on acid and mephedrone. In conclusion though I wouldn't recommend it as Mephedrone is too short lived and the comedown combined with acid can be very unpleasant.

^ That's normal sleep deprivation stuff. Happens when staying awake too long on any drug, or just staying awake. It's not caused by Mephedrone alone.

I have a mate who when he takes 2CB nothing happens, even at doses up up to 75mg. I'd be sent to the loony bin on a dose like that.

Just a few examples there are probably more.

I know a guy who's similar, in the past I've given him his first pill, his first MDMA crystal, and 20mg of 2C-I, all to no effect. in the end I gave him 15mg of 2C-E, half expecting it to do nothing, and it seemed to have the proper effects. Considering he'd essentially never experienced anything stronger than weed or alcohol it must have been quite a night for him.

Whats that got to do with mephedrone/MDMA cross tollerance? I can take MDMA every weekend and still get an amazing dunt off it. The nights I took mephedrone first I got no effects off the MDMA.

If I'd been on mephedrone first the MDMA was a waste of space, it did virtually nothing. They also seemed to mix badly I found.

Not sure man. I found that even if I had done meph 2-3days before the weekend the hit from the MDMA wasn't the full blown magic. I'd honestly say hammering meph steals the magic from MDMA more than caining MDMA/pills does IMO/IME etc.

i reckon you'd be fine if it's not on the same night.

i think a lot of that is to do with you being tired after a session of meph. don't think it's because of your brain chemistry (imo)

I dunno, we used to dose wizz and pills at the same time...

Used to get a right good come up..

Then plateau off into 3-4 hours fuzzy cuddly mdma serotonin loveliness, then the speed would kick right back in for hours of stimulation as soon as the mdma started wearing off...

We did it for years and pretty reliable effects like that.
