Mephedrone Megathread VI: Anyone Seen My Heartvalves?

If you define addiction as physical, that is as having physiological withdrawal symptoms, cocaine isn't addictive. I think the term "addiction " has come to be used in a very broad sense (including compulsions to gambling, food, sex etc).

Nor will quitting any other drug other than longterm alcohol, benzo or barbiturate addictions. Sometimes. I'm at least 100% sure I was addicted to heroin for a long time. Quitting didn't kill me (although I kinda wished it would at the time :|). Was I mistaken in believing myself to be addicted to heroin all those years? I'll feel such a silly boy if I got it all wrong.

I honestly fiend it the other way round. Crack fiending is way more intense but meph fiending is a niggler. I always find nigglish fiending harder to deal with. With crack I could actually put the pipe down if I really wanted/needed to. Not easily by any stretch but I could. Every time I've had meph on hand I've fiended the lot around the clock till it's gone.

Just in case there are folks out there who may not understand the concept of winkies, don't take any other drugs whilst on an MAOI cos you may well die. No winky.

Nearly. First time I took meph I was coming down from acid and coming up on 2C-I. I must admit I loved it - by far the best meph experience I've ever had. I could also see it going horribly wrong cos stims and psyches rarely mix well. It's one I'd approach with caution cos meph can have some nasty side-effects which would freak the shit out of me on acid. I could easily see it turning into an anxiety-ridden, paranoid nightmare.

Having said that, I've also combined meph with 2C-C and ketamine with no problem. They're both short-acting though so if it turned sour at least you don't have to wait long to come down.

Give me a break mate, I've only done 5g and I'm saying I'm planning on stopping. How many people cain drugs without knowing anything about them? I know this is bad but temptation can wipe out common sense, especially when alcohol has been thrown in the mix.
 
Don't take it personally, John. We get so many people who take way more than you do for way longer, post endlessly about how much they hate it and how badly it's fucked them over and are back on it within days that some folks probably get a bit cynical about it. If you want to quit then good for you, if you just want to cut down - or even not stop at all - that's also up to you, of course. There are plenty here who can offer support and advice whatever you decide :)
 
Thanks Shambles. I am planning on quitting completely, I'm getting scared by the sound of this stuff. I already worry about damage from caining mdma, and so I don't need this on top of it.
 
Yeah please don't take that personally, it's just that it's getting a bit grim seeing the same familiar thing replay so often now when I'd hope people shouldnt have to find out things like that for themselves if they looked back thru the thread a bit and realised that they're already into a pattern that with some people can end up a bit difficult.

I'm as guilty as anyone of occasionally just doing things anyway despite what people say sometimes, I'm curious to know for myself etc, I have some big regrets as a result though. That post was more directed at other people reading in general rather than you, but I ought to have worded it a bit differently, sorry <3 and take care, mephedrone can be quite unkind.
 
Done a g since last night. Couldn't handle more was completely spannered! Attempted sleep at 6am and lay awake untill 9am.. Now up, tunes, cleaning mess, fat line :D

I dunno i got paranoid i damaged myself..

1 gram of 4FMP+ 400mg MDAI+ 500mg Mephedrone + 1 liter of wine is something i'm not gonna repeat again soon:o.

I'm starting to recover after 4 days lol, still feel dizzy and exhausted as hell.
