I've got my anxiety more or less under control these days but i definitely had a lower baseline the whole of the next day after doing 800mg~ at 2AM. Not addictive in any way for me, never crave more ect so a safer option than valium or other benzos, definately worth a try

Doctors arn't too against scripting it either i think

How did you get you anxiety under control? Any tips?!
 
NHS mental health service, Cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt)
Really helps you look at it in a different way, think it through and helped me no end
The beta blockers i was put on were complete shite
And i hate to say it but doing valium for a while kinda put me in the routine of being not anxious that i was able to continue even through withdrawing, relapsing and withdrawing again, it just stuck with me but i think i was just lucky, normally coming off the benzos make it 100x worse

A few people said all the powder is just ground up crystalline. Just ask yourself why would they go to the extra effort of grinding up the crystalline for us? It's not like they'll get anything out of it unless of course they're cutting it :/
 
I thought the same thoughts, Sunday. Must admit I've had powder that felt much stronger and cleaner than some of the crystal though. And vice versa. Suspect there are a lotta shoddy synths out there and the form it comes in is no guarantee cos crystal can be crushed (cos it looks like a "bigger" gram, for example) and powder can be recrystalised. No way to be sure at all really.
 
IME ground up meph crystals just crush to smaller sparkly powder, not the dull stuff some people sell with the consistency of flour

Sounds very familiar. My anxiety just returns without benzos. Weird, as I thought I'd beaten the mental symptoms. All the physical ones are still there.
 
I thought I'd got off pretty much scot free from my meph sesh, but am feeling pretty spangly and I tiny bit panicky tonight, trying to act normal at a dinner party…
 
done around 1 gram, birds done about 0.7g. just having a bong break then back to kinky sex. Life is great sometimes :)

I can understand not being able to source but Naming and shaming vendors could actually be helpful. Some are just dodgy and could serve as a real warning.

Just my personal view. I'd like to know who to avoid and why. Not for reasons of prices or service but for real reasons such as dodgy quality that could be risky.

Just allowing the name of the site where you can check out vendors would be good enough, but apperantly that also isnt allowed for some reason. I dont know why.
 
Woah I had some serious sleep paralysis last night. Was les scared than usual though, it was caught up in a dream and I thought someone was paralysing me to stop me playing monopoly.
 
I've found that since doing the meph (on wednesday) I've needed so much sleep. I feel like I could go back to bed now after 10 hours sleep last night.
