I did a lotta coke/crack for a lotta years. Never had noticed any problems. Few grams of meph left me with lingering chest discomfort/weirdness and red/purple knees and feet (which also swelled up quite a bit for a while). Mostly gone now but never used such a small amount of any stim and got such a shitload of dodgy effects from it.

On the oral dosing thing, I find it's more potent, more enjoyable and with less side-effects than snorting it.

Where does that fall in comparison with other drugs / substances?
 
I don't think anyone can answer that, yet. It's been compared to the weight loss drug combination of fen-phen, in terms of heart valve damage.

Yeah this is kind of what I'm basing my predictions on. It's important to take into consideration that fen-phen was taken every day, and that the people taking it were obese. I believe around 30% of those taking fen-phen suffered serious damage, and of those a decent proportion died within a few years.

My feeling about the subject is... oh shit, we really really shouldn't be taking the risk. But fuck it, let's all do another line.
 
Theres roumers of 2 deaths and a hospitalization in york due to mephedrone. No news reports tho
 
^I've been told by drugs workers there there have been several hospitalizations in leeds due to mephedrone, too much in a session

Quite predictably I fucked up and ended up doing the meph :(

I had a few beers yesterday and when I came back home my willpower was shit and I did a line. Well that was just the start of course, and I ended up doing basically the whole gram over the course of 12 hours.

Seriously fucking pissed off with myself and feel like I've big time let myself down. Spend so fucking long worrying about damage from MDMA and then I go and do this. I'm so wreckless.

Really worried now as a gram first time is a lot. I feel susprisingly good today physically, so I'm hoping I haven't done anything too bad. I'm never touching the stuff again, mark my words and if you ever hear me saying different on here please quote me from this post and tell I'm a fucking stupid twat.

Grrrr… going to spend the next few days beating myself up now

Alcohol sucks, last time i was drunk i would have taken meph if i had some the place is was sleeping (at my other home i still had a gram) while i am on a mdma/meph break this would have totally destroyed my effort of months not taking those drugs.

Better have GHB instead alcohol, it doesnt make you crave as much.
 
no need to beat yourself up about it, you most likely haven't done any damage and I'm sure most people's willpower gets shit after a few drinks, mine certainly does.
