does anyone else experience hearing problems whilst on it and off it? It seems to happen mainly when it's quiet and i'm near an electrical appliance, it's like i hear the high frequency sounds more, like a dog. u know reach trucks that run on batteries, the sounds are like that, a constant nigh pitch humming. but comes in waves like a mosquito is hovering to and from your head. fucking annoying.
^^ Very true. I was using the term in its ordinary sense, to describe a substance that is particularly disruptive to living organisms, which I believe to be accurate when comparing 4-MMC to other popular stimulants of abuse.

this. We've got the megathreads for a reason, people keep making new meph threads every other day, its really not necessary.
As for your question RickYo, I'd say the consensus is that Mephedrone is more harmful than other commonly (ab)used stimulants. I think everyone in EADD knows its not safe.
I personally don't feel its worth the risk when there are safer drugs I could be taking.
How are you dosing the phenazepam? If its in propylene glycol then I'd go with that, don't eyeball it
G is shorter acting so would be my second choice after benzos (assuming you know how much you're dosing).
Got a few 0.5mg blotters i was gonna use to sleep with
In the end just fell asleep, unfortunately only for 4 hours and when i woke up again i carried on. Off to a party tonight, then i'll shelf the meph for another month
Gonna try 6mg phenazepam to help me sleep

As to Rikyo's question, Whore, Yerg and others have pretty much covered my views. The high just ain't good enough for the nasty side-effects and risks, in my opinion. The metabolites of meph are known to be cardiotoxic - it's not just guesswork and prejudice based on bad experience, it's a fact.
There are so many better drugs to batter your heart with that batter it less than meph. Doesn't mean I never use meph but I use it rarely and try to avoid it. Every once in a while - if someone is dishing it out free - I probably won't say no but I doubt I'll bother to buy anymore cos it's just not good enough to pay actual money for.

Wise words Shambles. I think its because its great for the first few times, then after that its just bad side effects and little of the original loved up feeling.. And the side effects are defo fact, plenty of people on heres exericances back it up.
I feel strong enough to note also agreement here. It's something I've been very careful and cautious with and still the side effects have scared the shit out of me.
In total I've probably not had more than a few grams spread over 4 widely spaced sessions, and still my body reacted badly - most notably chest pains.

I've read all the posts in this thread and others in BL, elsewhere etc and know what others are taking, and decided this was a "moderate" dose for me.
Taking 100 - 150mg didn't work for me. 200 - 250mg did.
I won't be taking any more, regardless of dose. It's not for me.

I can understand what you want to say, but who defines a moderate dose for these drugs... ?
We are drawing the threshold on this one. Like Kate said before 100mg did shit all for me so I stepped it up. 200mg X 3 for a whole night was fine for me.
200mg was my minimum, with zero tolerance. 200mg is a killer dosage if you compare mephedrone to other RC's which need very precise mg scales.
So in that case one could argue that 200mg is a ridiculous amount compared to chemical X. So compared to chemical X, sorry 200mg is not moderate.
I've just been reading the posts here and either everyone is nuts or just complete junkies. Just because this stuff is readily available doesn't mean people have to binge it like they have been. Just stupuid.

have a read of the toxicity thread in advanced drug discussion, those guys know what theyre talking about, but for all the bad i know it does i still love the stuff, its unrivalled as far as anything ive taken goes (but i still dont think ive ever had real mdma so cant compare)

Seriously though, try taking a PPI such as Esomeprazole, Omeprazole or Lansoprazole for 5-7 days before and after a meph session and see if you get the same side-effects.
I would have a guess at that being Hypertension - ie: Increase in blood pressure from Meph.

I was taking mephedrone every weekend, would space 1 gram over 2 nights and never did i get any side effects, like chest pains or purpling limbs.
Always felt great the next day too.
I did build a tolerance to it though as the euphoria never came but I do like the high it gives.
Methylone however felt like the most toxic substance I had ever taken and almost 2 weeks later I am not back to normal.
I will never knowingly touch that shit again.
