Bloomin' Hell Mugabe... I've only ever stayed up for 40 hours... only reason I do that is I prefer to try and return to a normal sleep pattern and just catch up with sleep over the week.
After my meph session at the weekend I've come up with what I think are a few comedown limiting factors...
First with regards to using Meph use itself.
a) Keep doses under 1g and preferably around 500mg mark
b) Keep redosing to a minimum. Even using smaller doses... redosing for hours on end makes the comedowns bad
(if you want to stay awake for whatever reason and think of using 'top-up' doses before going to bed... my advice... Don't. You'll feel tired but your body/mind is recovering + you might end up fiending)
c) Snorting is generally the worst ROA. It's
my preferred one but I can testify to horrible Sinusitis after caining through a gram. Bombs are much 'cleaner' feeling on the whole.
(that doesn't mean it's necessarily any better for you though)
d) Might just be a personal thing here... but combining with drinking or cannabis always makes me more sketched out later in the night and takes away from the euphoria.
And limiting the comedowns...
e) My worst comedowns always involve a lack of sleep; even when I feel too speedy to sleep I try and get 4-5 hours rest.
f) Dehydration on top of everthing else is never great. Don't drink much more than usual though!
g) Eat properly before and try and have a couple of small snacks during your use. The next day I always tend to have small, simple meals even if I don't feel overly hungry.
h) Multivitamins - I take one with cod liver oil reguarly anyway, but you can be sure your body could do with a little supplementation - especially if you haven't been eating. I've found my comedowns whilst taking multivits have seemed much less severe.
These are just some general observations I've made that add to my best meph experiences (fun but little comedown!) I don't have a clue if these will help anyone else, but I'm sure all these factors make a difference.
As a last point - using meph more than once a month isn't a great plan. If nothing else, I find that I hate bouncing between recovery and being high... best to add some normality to the mix :D
