^^^ thanx for te heads up...why do they leave the arena (mianly vodafone) announcements so late?

im guessing they make there descision with regards to ticket sales, and expected further sales!

Ticket purchased. I am coming. As are a heap of friends. At worst me and 5 others. At best, me and about 15-20 others ;)
 
Can I ask why it is starting at 11:30 instead of the usual 10 ?
Is that because of the motor cross ?
There is going to be a very long line to get in this time. I like melbourne park normally because the line moves very quickly. Slinky was ridiculous a few months ago (at the Palace) waiting so long to get in.
 
Supercross starts @ 7pm, and I would expect would run for probably 4 hours. This would give a half hour for everyone to get out, and the ravers to come in. Last year there was a bit of a clash with people coming out in Fox jumpers and hats, and people going in with glowsticks and pacifiers. I think Melb Park officials are hoping to avoid such events again.
 
damn, we hav to suffer cause of some dudes rolling round on motorbikes...ah well! should be swell either way! i need some advice....

im really wanting to see the harder stuff at godskitchen, i wana really shake my tail feather! i know the hard kandy vs bass station will offer this so ill be there for anne savage definately...who else will be playin some hard slammin sets! ill look to the house and hard house latr on when looking to chill!

In other news, Faithless have announced a nationwide tour with Way Out West a fortnight after GK....anyone wanna buy a GK ticket from me? 60 bucks? That's $7 minimum off what you'll pay anywhere else...

I can only go to one, and Faithless has my vote :)
 
tnargus: thanx for the heads up on Anne Savage and the rest of the info....me is new to the musik and scene so forgive me! hahaha....u still didn't answer me tho, slammin hard sets, who should i look out for?
 
marcs131, if your more into the harder stuff, then imo ur money would be better spent at pharmacy. that's just my opinion tho ;)

and you could always do both, just like i plan on doing. :)
 
^^ He's right on Pharmacy....it knocks the socks off most of the stuff @ GK but you'll still be hearing productions and remixes (and some local talent) from those who play Pharmacy gigs (ie Scot Project, Marco V, Chris Liberator, Guy McAffer etc)...

For banging sets that'll make your feet move and ears bleed and your eyes roll back, check out:

Jeremy K - Always rips off brilliant sets
Compound - Infact, DO NOT miss this guy...seen him a few times, always amazing
Annne Savage - Will play stuff comparable to BK, with an even harder edge i think.
