Some one should make a Cocoa Extract that we can take in pill form (you know like Green tea extract)

Get the benefits minus the calories of eating chocolate ;)
 
Going to an event next weekend and will be trying this. I usually take 160mg from a headstash i have had for the past few years. This time im only taking 100 with a 50mg booster at around the 1 hour mark. My plan is 4 days before to start eating around 20 mg of 73% dark chocolate and then none the day of.

Will report back soon.
 
Still havent run across any mdma that i wanted to eat... havent really been looking for any tho... could get some but id have to drive like 3 hours... i just end up smoking a bowl and eating some chocolate squares... lol... i think im becoming addicted to chocolate lmao

Chocolate and Being an mdma user is common.

Dark chocolate is one of the most sought after foods by users of mdma who start to suffer problems (like side effects)
 
Just tried this. Took 150 grams of dark chocolate the day i took mdma. Had almost the opposite effect. I basically didn't feel like 180mg of mdma.

I'm gonna try again but do it like over a week first.
 
^ are you sure you didn't get some cut stuff? when was the last time you rolled previously?
Im not sure, I didn't test it. But I'll be trying the exact same stuff again some time so I'll report back. Last time I rolled before this was a month ago so that wasn't it either.
 
^ multivitamins do more harm than good. I'll elaborate later if you want but I am about to go off to slave at work.

Id also be intrested in how vitamins do more harm than good. Last time i did mdma i had been taking lots of vitamins prior to my roll and didnt feel great effects.
 
I personally would steer clear of any supplements or vitamins there pointless and a waste of money. I have taken many different supplements over the years until i learnt that a good balanced diet and plenty of exercise was far better than any supplements.

And now thanks to this thread Im been adding dark chocolate to the mix. I also take a cold shower every day for the past 3 months and found that i have a lot more energy especially in the mornings and seem to recover more quickly from intense exercise.

most vitamins have low bioavailability which means very little is absorbed and most of it gets excreted by your kidneys. Kidneys dont like processing extra vitamins.
 
Oh definitely then. I'd try a 6 week break at least, roughly 45 days. Really though I find to preserve magic it's best to keep rolls between 40-90 days apart, with a 6+ month break every other year.

That's been my experience.

can i ask why the 6 month break? just for your brains integrity? haha it makes sense but i guess what im getting at is i just shifted from slightly abusing MDMA to only having rolled once in last 5 months :D. i made the shift because i thought i needed to for my mental health and it has made a huge difference. is the 6 months to avoid negative effects or just for good measure?

Ya I think our brains could all use a proper longterm recovery, like you said for integrity. It's fun rolling, but I think longterm breaks are needed in between, or it just gets old.

I like 6-13 weeks in between rolls (6 is bare minimum), but I also think a nice long break is good every other year or so. I've rolled since 16 with two long breaks (6-12 months), and I will be 22 soon. So far I haven't had any severe consequences despite a few irresponsible binges. I still get a very magical sensation when I roll. I'd say it's about like the first time.

I definitely wouldn't recommend rolling every 6 weeks for several years straight. That's 9 rolls per year when you should only ideally average 5 IMO.
