[Mega] Tryptophan and Dark Chocolate , 'e-diet'

I'm doing dark chocolate next roll in the few weeks hopefully.

Should we pre-loaded e.g.2-3 days before or just eat dark chocolate on the day of rollin?
 
Sam - I have read through your diet and this thread thoroughly. I must say im extremely interested in this now as well. Never have I tried eating dark chocolate in the days before rolling. In fact, I hardly ever eat dark chocolate. Like once every couple months... maybe... I do like it though, just never get it.

I just stopped at rite aid and picked up a bag of Lindt 60%'s, 144g total. I plan to space that out over the next couple days since I plan on rolling on friday night (depends on if we can find something other than meth bombs).

If I do roll ill be sure to report back in this thread :D

If you live in the UK Asda do there own brand of 60% dark chocolate. 100g bar only cost 50 pence its in a red packet
 
well i have been eating dark chocolate for almost a month now (72 % ) i like dark chocolate anyways so its all win in my book. will let you know what the deal is after this weekend
 
I've been eating 71% organic cocoa solids, seems to be high in alkoloids. Says 24% DV iron content per 28g serving. IDK, tastes pretty damn good lol. supposed to be decent for circulation - the soluble fiber & all. nice iron content too.

I'm going to try some pills that are supposedly tested MDA, I am going to test them before I take them of course, but I'm curious if it will enhance the MDA too?
 
oh wow. i definitely going to try this along with the diet. i have some pills that i have taken before that i KNOW are good beans and am going to take again sometime soon and i will be eating a fuck ton of chocolate the days before and then none on the day i pop. i will be the ultimate test of your theory darksidesam. it will be a pretty accurate test of your chocolate theory. i distinctly remember the roll i had on the pills i will be testing the theory on. if i roll any harder than the first time i popped them i will be able to tell bro. ill post my experience soon.
 
oh i just realized something interesting. last time i rolled i found myself randomly CRAVING chocolate the day after. i literally couldnt stop eating it until i was sick to my stomach lol. the weird part is i usually cant eat a bite of ANYTHING the day after. i just thought it was worth mentioning.

I think that the body is a clever thing, in the sense that when it needs a nutrient or w/e i believe that if your body is functioning well that it will make you crave a food that has it in. So for example, if you are lacking in potassium you will crave bananas.

I see a study on ecstasy users, saying that they crave dark chocolate. I think that eating dark chocolate (Source of Tryptophan) and crisps/ potato chips for you US people haha, is a combo that is great for helping to recover lost serotonin.

However,

There is a time after taking mdma, where your body needs to repair its receptors, so for 3 weeks, 2 weeks, 30 days (Everyone seems to vary on this) your serotonin level is pretty much at standstill, until the receptors repair and you start taking in tryptophan, converting it and producing serotonin again.
 
I was going to ask how you guys know what chocolate has the most alkaloids? I look on the casing for iron mineral content since the ones with higher content seem to have more fermented cocoa potency IME. Brands like hershey are extremely low in iron. some are etremely high.

yeah thats exactly why i mentioned it. good stuff bro. thanks so much for all your info. you have givin me a new found hope for MDMA. im gonna wait a bit, eating chocolate and potato chips lol and just see what happens. ill be sure to keep everyone posted on the results of changing my diet a bit and eating a fuck load of chocolate. im gonna try an drink more milk too. i havnt been drinking as much milk as i should and havnt been getting enough sun light either. so im very interested to see how it goes next time. hopefully its better than last time i took the same pill.
 
dude darksidesam you are just like my buddy joe. i kept asking him all night what he eats and drinks before i even saw your e-diet. i just had this feeling it had to be something he eats or drinks that is aiding his massive amount of serotonin production. i really think you are on to something here and highly suggest everyone give it go. another thing i was thinking, do you think taking daily multi vitamins is a good idea or does it really matter?
 
^ multivitamins do more harm than good. I'll elaborate later if you want but I am about to go off to slave at work.
 
Great, I can eat crisps and chocolate and feel as if its worthwhile. Can never be a bad a thing.. haha
 
been eating dark chocolate a lot lately and i noticed it has had some effect on the weed buzz as well. had a joint the other night and the buz just felt so much nicer more chiled and i actually strated to get the giggles on weed which i not had in a long time. it was like being stoned for the first time. i'm not a heavy smoker anyway not like i used to be just on and off these days but it defnately felt different.

will try it again tho to be sure

Not sure either, but i eat lots of dark choc, and i am terrible for getting the giggles on weed. I was asking a friend about lifting, some serious chat was going on, he was explaining in Absolute Depth, and i kept laughing in hes face, i couldnt help it i felt really bad. :S
 
Been on ur diet and eating a bit of dark choclate daily sam. Lets hope i can finally roll! 2 weeks! :D
 
Just looked at your e-diet. Most of the foods you have on there are already a staple in my daily diet. Eggs, chicken, fish, whey protein, etc... Would it be safe to say that eating a clean diet (free of proceessed foods, preservaties, etc...) will enhance your E?

It's been a while since I rolled, but when I have I allways space about 2-3 months a part, sometimes longer. I keep my clean diet, get sun or go tanning, excersise, etc... and I allways have a good roll. (this is comparing the last 3-5 years to the 1st couple of years I started E and did not eat the way I do now)

Interesting on the dark chocolate. I allways pick the dark since it is better for you than milk chocolate anyway.:)
