Apparently suboxone/buprenorphine is a highly competitive inhibitor of cyp 2d6 and 3a4 i believe. If one were to keep a stead state of suboxone in the blood would it keep these enzymes fully saturated preventing other drugs with lower cyp affinities of the same kind from ever being metabolized ever. I have reason to believe i have had a single medication in my system for 60 days+ (antipsychotic abilify) from a single dose of medication and it seems to be due to something blocking its metabolization. This is so messed up i cant get it out. im thinking of maybe taking carbamazepine because it is a 2d6 inducer but idk. i tried stopping the suboxone but i cant really because i am addicted to it.
thoughts? if someone comes up with something ingenious that leads to me getting it out of my system i will <thank them.>
