medical attention: sorta, self diagnosed serotonin syndrom, had every single symptom, didnt go to the hospital though cuz my friends didnt really grasp the idea of what was happening and i was to floored/unconcious to do anything about it

Medical Troubles: Never hospitalized, but drank formaldahyde on accident while rolling. Did need help from paramedics, had a sore tongue and throat for a couple weeks.


How Often: about six times every summer, maybe once in the winter.

How often do you use MD**? - When I was using I'd using once or twice every two weeks or so. But I only did that for a few months and took a few months off.

anywhere between 1 and 15 times a month, although I havn't had any for over a month because my 18th is this weekend

luckily no, came close once though, I was lucky I had a straight friend with me
