Hey guys and gals, Happy New Year!
As part of my life mission to get as many people healed as I possibly can, I have a couple things I'm really excited to share with you all today:
1 - More recovery stories! I took a deep dive into the underbelly of Bluelight (not always a pleasant experience btw) and found like 50 more recovery stories / words of encouragement. I have them added to the link that I previously posted a few weeks back:
LTC Recovery Stories. If anyone has any other list put together or content from the deleted thread 6, please please hit me up so I can get them added. Or even better, if you've been waiting to write one yourself, please do share! Props to
@dojfy for his incredible one last week.
2 - This one is BIG. I'm putting together a LTC Recovery Manual. My idea is to get all the best information out there compiled into a single resource so that someone new to this experience can have what they need in their hands early and can avoid falling too far into the anxiety spiral (like I did). Basically, what information I wish I had at my fingertips on day 1, not day 200+. If what I put together is helpful to others, my ultimate goal is to create a website with the proper SEO network in place so that people can easily find this when they first start researching.
With that said, I've finished Step 1 of 7, which can be found here:
LTC Recovery Toolkit. I envision this as an evolving document so if any present and past sufferers can please take a look and give me feedback (including negative) I'd greatly appreciate it.
3 - As I'm sure the other members can attest to, we had an absolutely incredible discussion today in the LTC Positivity chat group. I honestly feel the most motivated I ever have in my recovery so far (hence all the work I put in today). The support and comradery we have going on there already is more than I would have ever envisioned. If anyone is looking for a positive environment while we get better, please hit me up so I can get you added.
Lots more to come in 2021. Let's make this the year we write our final recovery stories!
