I know this topic has been beaten over the head after seeing all the threads on it, but have heard answers go both ways.
I know MDMA releases much more serotonin than dopamine, so I seen a lot of posts say that amphetamine tolerance shouldn't effect MDMA tolerance given that amphetamines rely on dopamine release instead of serotonin.
On the other hand I have heard people say that it can cause MDMA tolerance because the low norephedrine and dopamine release potential from the frequent amphetamine use and that those two neurotransmitters are actually important for a successful roll in addition to the serotonin.
I would love to hear some personal experiences from anyone that has tried to or successfully rolled with a high amphetamine tolerance.
I personally have been taking extended release adderall every day for over a year now and notice an extreme tolerance to MDMA even with a month break from the adderall. However there a ton of other variables going on, so I'm probably not the best person to ask.
