MDMA 2 years no breaks?

Just in case this isn't a troll post...

I think im mentally addicted to mdma

ARE YOU JOKING?!?! YOU ARE SEVERELY ADDICTED TO MDMA. 'ADDICTED' IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

As has been mentioned before, cardio. Cardio is the best way to heal from MDMA damage (which you have definitely suffered).
 
Ill leave the psychedelics for the stronger minded, my mom suffers from general anxiety disorder, so I would see how mdma can trigger that with me. And again this is not a "troll" thread. Why waste time posting at all if so. And I've become to realise that I have been addicted. I just had the mentality that going out is no fun without the influence of mdma.. But I started to go out and do activities that would be fun regardless and I've been doing good SO FAR. Knowing my friends they would influence me to do it once again, but I wont let it happen.
 
Thanks buffalosoldier, I weightlift and drink weight gainers/protein shakes religiously. Taking a big break will actually be a big impact on my life, because without the abuse of mdma I can finally see incredible gains instead of taking steps back.

remember that weight lifting is good but cardio exercises are what you need right now, run, swim, play soccer, basket, volley anything that would make your heart works hard and pump a lot of blood!
