I know this has been covered before on the forums but I just have to post this. I really need help because I font know anymore.
-Ok so I rolled for the first time new years Eve of 2012. Ever since then I've been rolling every weekend and sometimes by- weekly. And I was one of the lucky few that never lost the magic. But trust me when I tell you. I abused the hell out of this remarkable drug. So about a month ago I found a great connect for moonrocks, and they're really good but I didn't realise how strong they were, my initial dose is usually around 350mg-500mg. So I got a gram and ended up dosing it whole in one shot, now long story short, I had the worse panic attack ever for the first time coming up. An hour after it peaked it started to shift down slowly and finally I could enjoy the rest of the night. Now after this very night everytime I dose I have bad anxiety, I get scared ill go thru the panic attack, and what do you know, I get them still, not as bad as the first night because I never dose that high anymore. I would dose 300mg then maybe 200mg re dose.
-MY COMEDOWNS ARE NEVER BRUTAL. I GET AN AFTERGLOW ACTUALLY.
Now everytime I roll I get anxiety small panic attacks and im always floored.. My ultimate question is, am I finally done rolling? I've spent countless amount of money and its terrible. I think im mentally addicted to mdma yet it doesn't seem to satisfy me anymore, and its kinda bad, because im actually posting this to make up my mind if I should take a break, quit forever.. keep going.

On the basis 150mG every three months is advised I would say a long break for you is the only option.

Panic attacks and anxiety are trade mark signs you have over done things.

PLease take a long break or long term comedown symptoms could come next.

That's ridiculous. I'm surprised you didn't start seizing or passed out. That high of a dose would definitely get your heart pumpin

I know a long break is needed for me, but ever since mdma, without it, parties.. or even just going out are not fun or satisfying.. And when I drink I get angry its useless.. And when I smoke weed I get socially awkward.. im screwed up mentally..

After that huge dose my heart feels like its gonna explode.

take a long break. 6 months sounds reasonable to me in this case. If your symptoms do not quiet down in a week or 2 it may be worth seeking medical help.

If you feel you need MDMA to have fun...drugs are not for you man. you need to work on your personal issues before taking drugs again.

A long break will do you good, man.

I'm glad to see that you recognize you abused it. I feel like that's a huge obstacle.

Good luck and stay safe.

I guess its officially time to cut MDMA for a while, ill start back up in October, see if it'll be better. And yeah I know I was in denial for so long. Time I save my money and brain cells.

just sayin, i dont think what youre getting is as good as what you think if youre taking THAT big of a dose. could be tolerance or something but when i had "moon rocks" 150mg was a GIANT dose for me, and i wont go higher then that.
did you test it?
also yes you should take a break, its a proven fact that MDMA is neurotoxic and i dont think you should put a time when youre gonna be doing it again, cause you very well could start suffering some of the comedown effects after you stop, and they might not be quick. everyone is different though, and i hope you wont run into any of this.
if you feel like you need to see a doc, then just do it. they are there to help you and make you feel better, not to get you in trouble or report you to the cops.

The only one trolling is you, I've seen past posts about similar situations but never had someone take MDMA for a long period of time without taking breaks. Before you assume something, how about re thinking and read the whole thread through.

... lol...

Heres my take on the situation. You were accustomed and used to MDMA that is either a) Seriously cut down/weak or b) not MDMA at all and instead a serotonergic agent not quite so potent as MDMA (E.G. Methylone). So you've experienced many weeks of use that have been both enjoyable and free of any adverse effects. Then you found some MDMA that was either a) far more pure & potent than what your accustomed to or b) A completely different drug labelled as MDMA. You consumed a large amount, expecting the usual experience with no adverse effects, only to be slapped in the face with severe anxiety. This is unsurprising - such a large dose of potent MDMA would probably cause most a panic attack on the comeup. Anxious feelings, during the early stages of the experience, are very common even in doses far lower (100-150mg) than what you consumed.

Anyways, you have psychologically attached the emotional feelings experienced to MDMA and thus, whenever you consume it, you re-experience those negative feelings. I have had a similar experience with weed - one very unpleasant experience and even one toke can make me feel rather anxious. You need to take a good time off MDMA, find peace of mind and perhaps return to the drug when you feel psychologically ready. Further, its very easy to become complacent when your experiences with a substance are solely positive - i've been there. In the world of illicit substances you'e always got to be on your toes, we're dabbling into powerful drugs made and sold by criminals with no regulation. This results in many dangerous chemicals being sold to mimic MDMA in an attempt to make profit. You need be more safe with your drug use: test everything you take, consume far more modest doses & moderate usage. Taking these steps can help to minimize not only the chance of having a really bad experience, but overall chronic damage you may be causing yourself.

Stay safe.

Thanks buffalosoldier, I weightlift and drink weight gainers/protein shakes religiously. Taking a big break will actually be a big impact on my life, because without the abuse of mdma I can finally see incredible gains instead of taking steps back.

Take a break dude, what you describe is the typical story of abuse. You start using, see no issues with it, and you do it way too often, one night comes a long with a HUGE dose cause of tolerance and you get the anxiety that lasts for days, weeks or even months! This is because your brain chemistry is FUCKED UP now, mdma is a HARD mofo of a drug. We are talking about your goddamn brain, man, it aint no joke... take a break now or face more anxiety, more depression, more abuse and more regret.

I would say 10 months is a good break after this much abuse. MDMA is nice and all, but it aint the key to life itself.. Try doing something else, like drinking beer, smoking weed, dropping acid or something.. MDMA is only good like once every 60 - 90 days at most.

^I love the drug to much to continue it, 10 months? And since I got this anxiety from mdma is it a good idea to drop LSD? Would benzos help with that if so?
