God told me so in a faw away place. There was an uncomfortable silence in the room. So I walked over to God who was sitting cross-legged on the floor on a beautiful rug. Yeah, I am aware you need less when you snort PEAs as opposed to eating them. The problem is the entire nature of the trip is changed, and not for the better. This opinion not only belongs to me, but to the universe who also told me so. 
Also, what makes you assume 2C-I is a low-toxicity phen'? Considering there have been no human studies into the drug that I am aware of, and it is not a widely used compound, I don't feel you are in any such position to make a statement like that.
