I'd like to take a minute to RE-state and remind everyone of the fact that if Dreamgirlie19 and/or I do not know you and we don't know anyone who can vouch for you...... that you are not going to be given access to the off-site board/"email list."

Obviously anyone can do the BL meetup AT Starscape. And that will be discussed here when we can all figure out the when/where at the event info.

But the pre-meetup stuff and the private board are for those we know or have met. I feel bad enough having to respond to PMs from completely random unheard of BL'ers asking to be on the list. So please... if you don't know me or her (and I met over 50 of you last year so it's not as if I haven't met a bunch of you) or you don't know someone we know... you aren't getting access to the board so don't waste your time PM'ing us. :)

And, this may be a stupid question, but, what time should BBB be expected to start-- in the beginning or nearer to the end?
 
hmmm... i dunno if i wanna go to this. My best buddy just moved to DC - so i owe him a vist - plus i'de get free stay and food!

but hmmm.... thats a busy weekend
 
goddammit my ss ticket has not arrived yet, and the thing says it was sent

this happened last year too, and i ended up getting it at will call, but it was a pain in the ass

I may be bypassing the annoyance of Ticketmaster and getting mine at Modern Music in Baltimore because I plan on spending this upcoming Tuesday in that area visiting my sister. I can't stand waiting for important things in the mail.
 
well, after being called and reminded that this whole shindig was still occurring, and mentioning it to my boyfriend (who has never been to a party, nor been exposed to any bluelighters), it seems i'm going.

why my boyfriend wants to drive 10 hours to meet all you crazy people is beyond me, but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

not that i mind gettin my dance on =D ... there are still details to be worked out (like getting tickets, booking a hotel room, all that logistical stuff) but i'll be there!
