Whohoo just installed XM radio in my car so at least I will have some great tunes to listen to on the drive down to Baltimore :). Now I am just savign my money till the mini vaca for some spending money...(want to go to the Aquarium and the inner harbor and all)
 
i'm sad because there are a lot of specific people who are going that i would LOVE to meet/spend time with, but i definitely can't go :( the timing of this year's event just isn't good for me at all. a week later, and i would have turned it into a huge vacation, but that weekend just isn't possible at all.

to everyone who is going- have fun! and know that i'll be missing you and thinking of you.

to everyone who is going; have fun, and be safe...and consider heading down to the virgin festival where the DJ's might actually roger your hammerstein...starscape hasnt' pulled that off for me in quite a few.

We're gonna miss you and Susan this year. :( But I'm gonna be up in NY at least twice this summer, and I'm gonna make a point of having my secretary pencil you and her in for some face-time. =D=D
 
: ( Since person isnt returning my pvt messages and he had David the Gnome last and hasnt sent him out sadly I don't think David will be attending the festivities this year... Hopefully he isnt lost in New Zealand forever though....

Less than a week away and I will be in Baltimore.. Can't wait to see some old faces and make friends hopefully with new!

It looks like its only going to be me and the one friend the other wasnt able to get off from work and couldnt afford to go..... tear tear

But we will be there with bells on!

heh, I had a starscape dream about animal_cookie last night. it was friday night in my dream, and she decided that she was gonna roll, even though everyone else was waiting for saturday night. she said she'd just do it two nights in a row, and she ate two of these big old pink pills and got faced. somehow my hamster was there in the hotel room with us, and she decided to pick it up and got bit, but didn't care cuz she was all effed up. and she needed a lawyer for some reason, and crow said that he would represent her. :D
 
Forget about Starscape. There is a better party the same day in Bronx New York. It's a under the bridge (block party) and it's free. if you live anywhere near New York I suggest you hit up this party and say no to starscape. The lineup is weak and they are asking for too much money. I've already seen a good majority of the lineup. This party in New York is a lot of local talent but its definitely good talent and there is an afterparty

You obviously don't know what starscape is all about then.....

It's not just about the lineup or where its at or how much the friggen thing costs....


It's about Bl'ers once a year all getting a chance to see each other....

I would go to this party even if Pee Wee Herman is Headlining this event.....

To be quite honest I havent even really checked out the lineup because it's not
nearly as important as getting to see some old friends and meet new ones...

If you would like to promote this party then start a new thread and don't try to hijack this one...

Can anybody provide me with links to pics of you guys and your meetups from previous Starscapes? I'm definitely pumped to be meeting and partying with all of you, and would be bummed if I missed out because I didn't know what you all looked like.
