Marijuana Tax Stamps

this seems pretty similar to when marijuana was first being made illegal, you were allowed to grow it, but in order to get a license you had to bring your mj to washington dc to be inspected, thus causing you to bring it over state lines, which i guess was illegal no matter what. so when youd show up in d.c. to get your weed approved theyd just arrest you on the spot. kinda funny

What exactly are these? They're active in my state, here is a copy/paste from NORML.

Does this mean that if I purchase these stamps and put them on the bag holding my stash then I'm allowed to go without my stash being taken or getting any charges?

in minnesota law books you will find as a charge; failure to affix tax stamp: for just about all drugs, lsd, pot, etc etc, its an old law used to add to charges brought on dealers. there aare tax stamps for illicit drugs but who is going to walk in to a court house and ask for sich a thing?
