Does ethanol contain fats in it? Maybe this explains why THC is soluble in ethanol, but not in water. However, alcohol is not a fat soluble substance.
Also, here's my main opinion about this thread. Even if marijuana smoking doesn't cause lung cancer, it's still very harmful to the cognitive abilities, such as short-term memory skills, and learning, etc. Some studies have shown that it has negative emotional effects, such as paranoia and anxiety attacks.
Those very statistics alone should make people know that marijuana is a harmful substance. I had asked earlier about why smoking is the most common ROA with marijuana, and while smoking certainly does make marijuana ever more harmful, even if it's not smoked, some harmful effects still remain.
And no, this is not anti-drug propaganda at all. Drugs are very dangerous, and there's good reasons why people shouldn't use them. Why does it matter if smoking marijuana even causes lung cancer or not? It's still very harmful regardless, and people should know better not to use marijuana, in my opinion. Using mind altering substances is very immoral, because it's harmful to the human body and mind. This is why I have never used them, because I care about my own health. Mind altering substances goes against my own personal beliefs.
What's so wrong with staying sober! Absolutely nothing! It's a very good thing. As I had stated in my other thread, staying sober protects people from the harmful effects of mind altering substances.
