i do not know how to effectively do this. i get stressed out by normal everyday things like going to work. today i was so burnt out at work that i was noticeably irritable and unhappy and frustrated. my heart felt like it was going to explode out of my chest.
i need help in finding a healthy way of not only managing stress/anger/frustration, but to completely avoid them and have them not be a factor in my life anymore. i no longer want to have episodes like today happen. i want to be calm, relaxed, and at ease. i no longer want my emotions to get the best of me. peaceful.
i am interested in techniques or methods on how to make this a reality. something healthy. something other than smoking some pot or having a drink. although smoking some pot would feel great right now as it has been 6 months since i last did.
