PS. mods, I would have edited some of my more colourful statements but I cannot save edits on either of my devices since the transfer to .org, so pardon my French for now.
Malicious Communications Act 1988 section 1 said:(1) Any person who sends to another person
(a) a letter, electronic communication or article of any description which conveys
(i) a message which is indecent or grossly offensive
(ii) a threat or
(iii) information which is false and known or believed to be false by the sender or
(b) any article or electronic communication which is, in whole or part, of an indecent or grossly offensive nature,
is guilty of an offence if his purpose, or one of his purposes, in sending it is that it should, so far as falling within paragraph (a) or (b) above, cause distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom he intends that it or its contents or nature should be communicated.
If you make a negative statement on twitter you go to jail for 30 days

The part about indecency and being grossly offensive only applies to Britain
“A person is guilty of an offence if:
(a) the person uses a postal or similar service; and
(b) the person does so in a way (whether by the method of use or the content of a communication, or both) that reasonable persons would regard as being, in all the circumstances, menacing, harassing or offensive.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.”
then:In the UK you have to leave your house and call the police if your being robbed or you'll be punished for protecting yourself and your property
You may not be forced to leave but it's implied because of the danger of the intruder
then:If you make a negative statement on twitter you go to jail for 30 days. In dictatorships they only punish you for speaking out against the ruler or his party, unlike in the UK where this applies to everyone
then...Forget the 30 day part then, good damn...

The part about indecency and being grossly offensive only applies to Britain (THAT Is the unique part you keep fucking glossing over!)
Although Australia and Britain are among a select few (2).
Learn your country's laws before you spew such disgustingly ignorant comments.
