Man Finds Brick Of Unknown Substance In Water Near Marathon, Fla., Sniffs It And Dies

Is that guy for real? sounds like he went pretty berserk for his last hour or two of life...wonder wtf it was?

Imagine finding a bundle whilst fishing though, I dunno if i'd try a bit myserf tbh..
 
Man what a lucky guy he probably didnt think about the fact that all the coke in the US is garbage and started racking up some rails then BAM OD.
 
WTF just snorts white powder after finding it in the middle of the ocean. Get the shit tested before even thinking about sniffing. People ultimately hold their lives in their own hands when it comes to drugs & if you drop your guard one bit, it can mean your life.
 
I wouldn't have put ANY up my nose, like ^ said, it could've been anything. Coke is a likely guess but there is no 100% answer unless the powder is tested. Being 53, it is surprising he had such a carefree attitude toward a BRICK of random powder floating along...
 
Thats crazy. When we were little kids our friend found a brick of white powder that washed up and gave it to the life guard

as for the story I dont believe they found it floating while fishing, I think those dudes brought the white powder on the boat with them and get high and this dude couldnt handle it and they got rid of it making up the story that they found it to save their asses.
 
Maybe it was Fentanyl? I cant think of anything else that would fit the description that would com from that area an be packaged lik that.

It's actually kind of hard to OD on purified cocaine. Believe it or not the levamisole added by Mexican cartels before distribution in the US actually increases toxicity, making it easier to OD from. Also, because of the rate sinuses absorb the cocaine, it's very hard to OD while snorting it. Most OD's happen IME from smoking crack-cocaine cut with levamisole (like 85-90% of it is cut with levamisole when it crosses the border).

"Chyna white" brick maybe. Based on the area alone it could easily be some Haitian cocaine, however I really doubt a cocaine OD on snorting simply because of the rate of absorbtion in the sinuses. It's possible but not likely... More likely is they did a line thinking it was cocaine and ended up ODing hardcore on wayyy too much uncut "chyna white"...

The other research chems are possible, however I think it would be easier to sell them labeling them as "plant food" than trying to sneak some kilos past the coastguard (since 9-11 the coastguard is very very effective - columbians no longer boat in cocaine. They sell it to the crazy ass Mexican cartels and let them try to push it over the land borders...)

Although this is just speculation. It could be anything... I mean it could be some kind of industrial grade non-recreational poison for all we know..

i don't get it? Its not that hard to tell if a white powder is coke or not, just taste it and see if it makes ur tongue go numb...?? if not then you know its obviously something else...
 
^ that's true. maybe he just stupidly blindly assumed it was and railed a line. I mean they must've been excited and eager to try some if they just did lol. I guess they went "what else would be floating in a package that looks like a cocaine brick besides cocaine off the coast of FL

Putting random powders into your mouth isn't exactly a solid harm reduction strategy, either. (!)

Like others have said, not smart either! I stupidly dipped my finger in a bag of powder a friend had turned up (we thought we knew what it was) and it turned out to be pcp, which was quite the experience after already flying high on 4mar.

I think mr. numbers is on to something here... This story doesn't add up. It looks like maybe a good cover for a homicide if you ask me.

I dunno, I think its like I said before, they brought the drugs on the boat, probably bath salts or whatever and their friend couldnt handle it and they dumped the shit overboard so they wouldnt get into trouble for the drugs and their friend dying.
 
Its a bit like this when you find a baggie on the floor at a rave.

Its too hit and miss you never know whats going to be in it.
