Main reason you use?

Shortest answer I can come up with:

They are useful.

I could make this answer a lot longer and tell you everything I use drugs for, but at the end of the day they're just plain fucking useful for so many purposes.
 
Weed- Reflection, relaxation and recreation

Alcohol&Tobacco- Social deeds

Hallucinogens- Mind Maintenance

Other Drugs- i.e. Valium for self medication. Clean otherwise
 
NoT exactly sure , my childhood sucked with an abusive father..by the age of 14 i was doing acid and pot,i just did everything i could get,at 24 i fell for a guitarist, he got me to try heroin..by 28 i was a full blown junky. i figure i was always searching for the love and feel good my dad did not give me.i am only on 2 hydros a day now and still not real happy .i have just learned how to live with it.oh yea i also married an abusive man.so to all u parents out there hug and kiss your children ,tell them everyday how special they are!

Such is human nature! If we found a way to get to permanent satisfaction the progression of the human race would stop and we would surely perish!

Anyways, I take drugs because it's a sweet shortcut to feel fan-fucking-tastic :D
 
This medication is used to treat anxiety. Ativan (Lorazepam) belongs to a class of drugs known as benzodiazepines which act on the brain and nerves (central nervous system) to produce a calming effect. This drug works by enhancing the effects of a certain natural chemical in the body
 
Stimulants: To actually have the energy, focus, and will to function in society and socialize with people.
Downers: To take the edge off of a long stimulant binge, and/or for the comedown that follows.
Hallucinogens: To reach new levels of conciousness, best combined with meditation and in nature or even a crowded city mall, surrounded by interesting people.
Dissociatives: Perfect for long bus, plane, train, or ferry rides.
Cannibinoids: Good with pretty much anything, but they are unpredictable.
Supplements: To help with the comedowns, enhance effects, create new effects.
