Heroin MA heroin V3 I'm wicked jammed kid

14 overdoses in Taunton on Thursday! Shits getting crazy out here mostly fent dope out here people are underestimating this shit big time!
 
I just assume its youngins or "starters" who OD, right? I just cant imagine ODing even w/ shooting all the fent in the world. maybe its a bad thing I think like that but I just burn through my dope when I have it w/o a problem so an OD is unimaginable to me at this point, but yet I see/read so much about it I have to be worried, right?

anyone else feel like this? anytime I buy its always fent, mostly fent at this point, and blast through a G in an a few hours. I just wonder if the suboxone is what is keeping me from getting a higher risk or is my tolerance still at its top.
 
Is yoke the cheapest place to go? Or do people cop out there for bett er quuality? Im getting these plain bags w no stamps for a decent price, a little less than what u would pay for 2 os of some fire weed... people say it's ok , but I'd take a trip for somethin better if it's really worth it . Everyone goes, got a b a reason

pretty sure what i get is straight fent no dope. in boston. my people in the north shore are still pushing garbage and im not messing with it.
i went a long ass time and never ODd. years.
nowadays rolls around and this fent shit seems like its here to stay so im trying to get used to it with the brown stuff sucking so bad right now. but if i try to get a good high i floor myself. its sooo annoying. i was doing 2 g a day for awhile (now the moneys are gone, hustles failing, fucked, probably heading to jail soon for shit i did, etc)
anyway i do think people die "underestimating" because theyre like me. take a shot, 7 second decent rush, fades, feel not sick and thats it. WTF. repeat. repeat repeat repeat dead. happened to me like 6 times over the last few months. after yrs never having ODd. lucky i came to 20 minutes later a few times and lucky/very unlucky me at the same time also got narcanned several times.

todays lesson: dont get narcanned
don't. dont let it happen. youll wish whoever just let you die and probably have no dope or money left and be fucked. always how it works

p.s. dead sick right now. yaaay. saturday my guy says he'll be closed for easter. could not find a sub yesterday, too broke to buys someone elses shitty dope. up all night tossin and turning. cant find moneys anywhere. love this shit!

I havent seen "dark" dope in a long ass time; I am a "north shore" dude and I just see white ass.shit. I also take drug tests for my suboxone and failed a few a while back and he tells me it was fent; didnt know they were testing but I do all saliva so I guess more can pop up, right? its my private suboxone Dr. and he always tells me its more fent than anything which I believe because I did it straight before and felt the same and its white as a MOFO so def is, right?
 
Anyone ever come across any "MGM" bags??? Dude said he's got them so I'm just checkin if anyone's had em??? Please get back to me ASAP.

It's been about 2 years since ive seen really dark stuff down here on the south coast the stuff i copped was my first O'D and it was nesquick chocolate powder color and it was straight fire but yea deff been a while since I've seein it most stuff round these parts is WHITE , Tan and off white no "brown"

We've still got that dark brown out here in springfield, it's hard to find that white stuff out here it's all tan to dark. I prefer the white and gray shit too so it sucks to be me lol

Fent is much stronger than dope. Do a couple bags of pure fent, it'll put you down if you're used to a couple bags of just cut dope. And theres shit that dope gets cut with that can cause a junkie to OD.

Suboxone though, helps a lot. But it is cranking up your tolerance too, and it's just much harder to get out of your receptors than dope is...

Google says that there's one fentanyl analog that's especially good at working it's way through the buprenorphine blockade, Sufentanil. So don't get too confident, if you get a bag of that by accident, it could be lights out. Who knows what analogs and derivatives they're using, though...

i'm up in the north shore area, and all last year the batches were mostly fent (had that nasty taste during the test sniff & hit hard). but ever since the end of last year it's been the regular light brown stuff. always weight, never bags - but i'm sure that varies depending on specific area.

that, & subs are damn near impossible to find these days
 
Nikes good as fuck out in Westside Springfield.....been gettin iron man nbquality n quanity been good too. Hope everyone out there Is safe n sound. My luck has been up n down here but oh well ya win some n lose some I guess.

are you looking for a Dr when it comes to subs? Easy as a MOFO in the North Shore; even if youre just looking to buy.

private Dr's cost money to start tho and usually $120-150/visit and thats once a month from there on. its almost like your buying your drugs.

anyway, I am in North Shore myself and its still just WHITE POWER/FENT around these parts; people tell me killer shit but I've been shooting fent for over a year now so its not really doing much difference based on what I hear out there. oh well. maybe the Suboxone is blocking SOME but there are days where I wont use a sub for 3 days and shoot fent and still get EH.

Ive been grabbin my normal buns in Fall River off the same dude for months same white fent same size bags all the same then this past week or so it just stopped hitting me as hard as it did before so I went back to an old connect and got some tan reg dope and man have I been getting high the past few days I think my body got used to the fent and my tolerance sky rocketed. I take subs throughout the week maybe one or two days but I only take like 2mg and I can get high that night if I want to idk everybody is different.
 
w/ subs its so easy to drop; I am a heavy dope user and can get by w/ 4MG/day. sometimes 4MG/morning and 2MG/night. then I have some people tell me they show 1/4G/day and take 16MG/day. its insane how Suboxone works but everybody gotta get used to the system and how it works for them. but for real, whatever makes you STOP using dope is the best dosage for you, lol. I just try to keep it minimum just incase I want to use later that day or that week or whatever. but lately I've just been Suboxone but using less is better for me I'd say; I feel better when I take less and been taking 4MG rather than 8MG; I was taking 8MG full time not even a month ago and dropped 4MG at once to 4MG/day and it worked just fine.
