Its just such a common and 'famous' print, I'm sure more then one soldier out there is using it.
 
True, but there are many diff. Hofmann prints. I'm referring to the cartoon bicycle ones, of European origin ...

Indeed. 140 hit "Hoffman" pages supposedly layed with needlepoint are now around in limited quantity. Expensive.

But on lot this summer the general consensus was that the normal Hoffmans were on the lower end of what you could get... dosed ~70ug or so.


And Swilow I find your estimate 2-4 hours before LSD tolerance sets in (and therefore eating more LSD becomes increasingly fruitless) to be spot on.
 
i dont really like the cartoon version with the byciicle, the best hoffmans i had around 250ug i would say are those double faced with hoffman holding a molecule of lsd in his hand and an aura around his head, and those yellow with hoffman disguised in a rabbit on a bycicle, for gis 100th birthday, this serie really looked like these mayas calendar blotter, most pottent even too much lsd ive taken...

Possibly telepathy. Empathy and psychedelics strengthen it.
 
My friend and I ate some blotter we picked up a few weeks ago. All of our friends said it was amazing and to only take one. Well we took one and it was extremely good. It was real clean and had no taste. Lasted the right amount of time and effects trailed off around 8 hours. Though my friend had persisting visual distortions 2 days later.

The blotters were extra large, probably 3/8" in size. Which brings me to my question. How common are large blotter of this size? We got some this weekend which was cut real small around, a little less than 1/4", but still good none the less.

Large blotters are not usual I don't think... usually they indicate that it's another, less potent drug rather than LSD. But if it had no flavor and lasted 8 hours, it definitely sounds like LSD.
 
i did LSD on friday night, would my tolerance have gone back to zero again to do it again tonight, im really getting the urge to eat the last tab i have but dont want to waste it if i wont get full effects.

I was also planning on turning off all electricals and sitting in a small dark room (my wardrobe) with ear plugs in, a kinda sensory deprivation trip. I think that would be cool and i would actually have a meaningfull trip rather than a fun talking to people online and watching tv trip.

So whats the opinion on whether i would get any effects tonight after tripping last friday night??
 
Friday night? Let's see, it's Monday night . . . 3 days . . . um . . .

Yeah, better to wait another couple o' days. A weeks rest should do teh trick. :)
 
Just take more. Like 1 1/2 times your dose before. You should get back roughly to where you were before, in fact, the transition from relaity to trip will be softer and easier, but part of that will make the trip less intense regardless of dose.

Back when I first started tripping and it was all new, after waiting so long to get it and finally being able to . . . it felt like I had to do it quickly.

I'm tellin ya, it's worth it to wait a couple days. Even though you wanna rush into it and you're feeling super impatient, it'll be worth it.

i might be able to wait till tommorow night, but i dont want to wait too long, depends how i feel after without a trace has finished, the main character is the missing person in this episode8o
 
Why don't you want to wait too long? Why is there such urgency to trip?

Think about it this way; if you can't be patient, you're effectively wasting your money by lessening the effects of the drug due to tolerance.
 
ill be getting some more tabs soon in a few weeks so its not like its my last chance to trip ever. I want to do it quickly because then id have the rest of the week to actually do something other than try and resist temptation because i wont have any money for a week. I know it sounds silly and i may wait till tommorow, may not. I havnt decided yet.
 
do you not have anything to do tomorrow? I mean its a little late to start a 12 hr trip.
 
oh ok, well thats a good reason to take some. I wanted to before college, but I don't know anyone around here, so you know, no tabs.
 
In my experience, people tend to over-estimate the amount of LSD that is on their blotters.

My friend always bitches at me regarding this. I base my loose estimates upon the averages quoted on places like erowid of ~50 ug per modern "hit," which, accounting for degradation, becomes around 30-40 ug per hit. Thus an average medium trip for me would be estimated at ~120-200 ug and a full-on mindfuck would be >250 ug. He bases his estimates upon the fact that people in the original LSD trials (circa 1950) had extraordinarily powerful trips from itty-bitty doses, perhaps ~75 ug. Hence, he assumes that our modern doses are very low, less than 70 ug for a full-on trip. To me, this amount seems like it would be barely pass threshold.
