LSD Discussion Thread (Australian Centric)

I've also had the same issue with weed, I'm a daily smoker but if I even have just one cone it can take a horrifying turn for the worse.

Now.. tonight... to flip or not to flip.. that is the question. Going to a club, I've flipped before but just wonderin if its not such a good idea in such an open environment. Hmmm... :)
 
I will be flipping...

Weed is fine for me, have not had a bad experience yet but I will say it is much better after the peak and not during.
 
If you're going clubbing just take a small dose.
You seriously don't wanna have a freak out on the busiest night of the year for Emergency Services in a packed out club where everyone is gonna be incredibly messy
Sorry to point out the worst case, but it's something to consider.

Funny yo should say this as I like to have a joint at the tail end of a trip - brings back the visuals and I find it's nice and relaxing after the "mind-fuck".

Stimulation for many hours after LSD use is quite common, even well after the main effects have worn off.

I usually can't sleep for 12-18 hours (sometimes longer) after taking LSD, depending on dose and how physically worn out I am towards the end of the trip.

I hope to hear more from you in future

I tripped last nite and 2 panthers, never in my life have i felt so stimmy. Just couldnt sit still. Visuals lasted bout 4-5 hours then went to bed around the 6 hour mark. Wish it lasted that long for me.

If there are going to be others tripping, and you'll be cool with the people there then shouldn't be a prob. Are you experienced with acid? Otherwise you could always take half, see how that goes, then take the other half. Probably a safer idea if your doing all the other drugs.

A word of warning with weed. This can fuck up peoples trip (does for me), so maybe save it for the tail end rather than the peak.

Also make sure you are getting MDxx pills and not pips - getting pips full stop sucks, but I imagine combined with acid it is extra shitty.

What are pips? I have not heard this before....
 
It's what they used in Legal Highs not too long ago.

Anyway I did half then half and it got me to roughly where I wanted to be. Had a mad night and was laughing away for quite some time. Had almost no confusion unlike last time which was good :)

Yea ur right, im sure its a metabolism thing. It hits me harder than most people, literally all at once then my body just metabolizes it quickly and im sober halfway thru a normal trip (5-6hours) whereas most of my mates dont get floored at the beginning and trip longer. Weird. That just comes to show how unpredictable anything can be and to know ur body and what it can handle.

double-dipping is a lot moar then a marketing gimmick but it isn't often that twice-laid pages reach wide distribution... so your average street dealer is probably talking shit, but it does work.

why dip your blotter twice?? why not 5 times?? or 10 times?? It doesn't matter how many times its dipped it really depends on how strong the LSD solution its being dipped into. You could dip it in 20 times and the sheet might only average 100ug per blotter if the solution is weak.

The only real excuse to having to double dip a sheet is if it comes out weak the first time. If a drug dealer told me the blotter was double dipped I'd ask them why it wasn't done right the first time.

You could have a sheet of blotters that average 1000ug per hit and it was only dipped once.

Honestly you have to be pretty daft to believe in the whole double dipping crap.

And Dr War you mention that double dipped blotter doesn't usually reach a wide distribution??? where do you get this info?? what do you know about the distubution of Australia's and the worlds LSD??? how do you know how many times a sheet is dipped??

Mass produced acid blotters are all dipped. Alot more convinient and fast. The ones we are all munching on most of them are dropped. A sheet consists of 25 which most are (not all) are made from liquid. Not going to say how i know this, lets just say i know this for sure but is confidential.

It is much easier to have one soloution and dip one sheet twice to keep yourself than to make up two soloutions that are different strengths and do it that way.

Such an experience put me off psychodelics for nearly two years. The air tastes overwhelmingly foul, the music becomes deafening, people become frightening, and there's nowhere to escape from it. If I attempted this again it would be with an incredibly tiny dose.

Yeah I could imagine going to the clubs when the acid is peaking...shit would be pretty hectic.
I've been on amusement rides on two tabs before, but I could imagine being all cramped up in a hot room with drunk idiots wouldn't be too fun.
I did end up clubbing on mushies while abroad, although I think I was way to drunk to appreciate it.
 
Talking to my friend who had them with a group of people, he said he was vomiting and had stomach cramps from the astro's, while most of the other people were fine.
The worst i've had happen is a little bit of an upset stomach, but never vomiting...
Psilo's explaination could easily be the case, and people are just under prepared for what awaits them.
 
Even with pure LSD, stomach upsets do happen to some of the people dosing, some of the time

LSD has some body kinks as do many other drugs

That is a fact, I have posted the links for it before and if i get time i will edit this post again with the link for you all

LSD itself has some body-kinks on some people some times. nausea is one of them. its usually mild and transient. it also has speedlike (ie, adrenergic stimulation) effects, etc.
