LSD Discussion Thread (Australian Centric) v II

Hey all,

There is an amusement ride show thing in town next week and I'm just wondering what your opinions are on dropping a tab or 2 then hitting up the rides and show- reckon it would scare you / send you on a nightmare, or you reckon a little bit of adrenaline / stimulation would boost it a bit? It will be my first time doing it in public but I'm pretty sure I'll be alright, I'll be with good friends but really wanna know how you guys think it will turn out throwing rides and such into the mix? My first thoughts are the visuals while your flying around could be quite cool but your opinions would help out alot.

^ The potential to have a ridiculously good time is one thing, but the potential to have a ridiculously bad time is far more significant.

It depends on the circumstances, and it definitely shouldn't be rushed or done without proper planning but then again, while I enjoy adrenaline pumping activities, I wouldn't feel compelled to attempt them under the influence of LSD.
 
^ agreed that such a ride wouldn't be my idea of fun on LSD.
The primary worries I would have would be:
- Worries about feeling sick (sense of balance off because of tabs)
- Worried about freaking on on the ride and not being able to stop
- Hallucination that caused me to act in a dangerous manner

I find acid in public no problem for me (first time I did it I was wandering the city on a nice sunny crowded day) but it can be stressful if you are with anyone that you have a responsibility for (usually partners).
If you are thinking of doing this with other people you need to consider that they may have any of the problems listed above and you'll have to workout on a scary ride on LSD how you will react to that.
 
Keep to your group, enjoy the rides and maybe start off with one. If you've never been in public with LSD before then you may want to work your way up, it's like taking a completely different drug. IMO you're better off starting at a gig, or as mentioned above a long walk. My best trips have been walking around Melbourne with a couple of mates and good conversation. If you can, get your hands on some xanax just in case shit hits the fan. If you normally feel comfortable then go for it. You should know yourself better than anyone. Have done Luna Park and LSD, and it was pretty awesome. If they have a gravitron make sure you get on it!
 
Thanks so the replies guys. After watching 'Inside LSD' and reading your posts I think I'm going to give it a miss, the potential for it not to work out, as was said, is too great.

Good MDMA on the other hand at a carnaval, now that's a winner <3 MDMA

EDIT: xanax/valium/lexatan is a must to have on hand for anyone taking any kind of stims or psyhe IMO. Thanks for the advice.

One of my first experiences were on two tabs at a certain Perth amusement park.
While the trip had eased out a bit by the time I got on rides, it was definitely an interesting night to say the least

Yeah I wish I had some ready for my trip, but I think I'll have to just stick with temazepam (got prescribed them before and found only large doses produced any real effect). I hope 10 will get me to sleep, I hate the light CEVs that stop me from sleeping when the rest of the effects have worn off.

It should work, it's still an anti-anxiety/GABA agonistic, I think. If you run out of them (or for anyone who cant get prescription meds) I find that a supplement based on GABA works. It's said that the GABA you ingest doesnt cross the blood-brain barrier or at most only a minimal amount does, so I dont know how it works but I and a mate find it does actually work and is useful for getting to sleep. The effect is only light but sometimes just that little bit of help is all you need. Personally I take a few of the ones I have and have tried large doses because I have some free-form powder and found that it can be very sedating but I'm not advocating recommended dose, stick to the recommended dose. :)
 
i use temazepam if my trip gets too intense, the temazepams bring it down a notch quickly so i can bare.
If I need to get to sleep and still coming down from a trip, i'll take 30mg and that'll let me go to sleep easily. I've never needed more then 30mg.
 
Hey everyone I'm strugling to find a average drops per ml with LSD? For example how many drops in 10 ml
 
I imagine it would depend on how diluted it is..? and that would depend on the manufacturer wouldn't it?

generally speaking. there is 100 doses/drops to a vial which is approx 3-3.2ml. so approx 33 drops per ml. this is not exact and may vary a bit obviously.
 
Mate 10ml of LSD in a vial could be more than a 1000 doses or more or u could have only one dose in there LOL. Theres no way of telling how strong it is. It gets diluted quite alot if it passes thru alot of people. 10ml of 99.9% pure LSD is so much man will last u forever haha

But 99.9% Pure LSD wouldn't be in liquid form now would it .... ;) It would be measured in mg's.

Yup hahaha. Even if it wasnt it wouldnt effect the percentage ratio much if its dissolved in a solvent. We are talking about ucg here which is such small amounts. TBH i tend to stay away from liquid as there is no way to tell purity unless u have access to very expensive equipment.

I mean the way I see it, is that somebody abroad puts together the LSD, gets the product out to a middle man, who gets it out to someone here in aus, then they distribute it among tabs (more or less). Now, if there are 10 or more different tabs floating around, does that mean there are 10 or more main sources coming into Aus? Or is it possible to 'cut' LSD? Or do dealers not even drop 'full' drops onto the tab?

How can one tab equal to 2 or more of a different tab?

LSD crystal (of varying purities) is dissolved into a solvent solution for laying. The ratio of crystal to solvent will be the deciding factor in how potent each tab will be once laid.

Sheets are dipped into this solution and then hung out to dry. The LSD is then impregnated into the blotter paper and the solvent evaporates into the air.

Depending on the generosity of the person laying, tabs will vary in potency from as low as about 20ug and up to a maximum of about 100ug.

I guess one major factor would be the price of the LSD crystal and how much profit one would want to make from the end product.

1 gram of near pure LSD crystal (needle point, 95% pure, very rare) is 10,000 95ug doses. Most LSD crystal in Australia ranges in purity from black to silver, so even if 100ug of crystal per tab is used when laying, the end product is rarely above 80ug

One thing that has taken over today's LSD market is greed. This is why you have some tabs which are twice as potent as others

Interesting read

Multiple prints can be laid with the same LSD, there are probably only a handful of people who synthesize LSD around the globe. The same crystal could theoretically be used in varying ratio's for all of Australia's blotter paper and liquid. Liquid is quite commonly the wash from laying trays
