LSD Discussion Thread (Australian Centric) Mach III

The whole of AU is flooded with acid, it really depends on what circles you move in although its prob easier to find than most things. To the OP, yea like others suggested if its ur first time do it by itself. It is very very powerful stuff and candyflipping isnt the best idea if u are not experienced. Its very easy to loose control with that combo plus youd want to feel the acid for ur first time and know exactly how you react to it. Good luck man.

You're the first person I've ever heard say that.
I guess you've got to be pretty lucky and know someone who's got it.
Or be pretty into the scene of drugs/psychedelic events.

I'll find it one day!
One day... I mean, it'll find me.
I like saying that, it makes the whole process a lot easier to handle :)

Yeah it's around everywhere, you just need to find the right people I suppose.
If anything acid is twice as easy to find as last year, and twice and strong, but that's just me.

Also sorry for clogging up the circulation thread, must stop getting stoned and making redundant posts.

haha yeh sustanon thats what we want back again!!! :) greedy fucking dealers watering everything down

my old man lived on the beaches in sydney through the late 60s and 70s, used to get clear light gel and barrels (orange/green etc.) from what i understand average dose back then was like 300 - 400ug today you are lucky lucky to get a 100ug.

and we won't mention prices but fuck, someone these days is making good money out of acid cause it was fucking cheap back then but it always going up now while the quality is pathetic in comparison

i wonder if augustus stanley owsley did any chemistry up in nth queensland before he died? :)

and body load what the fuck is that...i mean i know what it is you feel it all too often with the shit thats out and about these days...acid should have no body load, if you wanted body load you would eat mushrooms wouldn't you?

Yeah itd be awesome if it was like that again:) I do find that acid has a bodyload though, nowhere near major as shrooms but its still there. Not sure about you guys but I can bearly stand up or walk or even move with high doses of LSD and I feel like it is just throwing me around, last time I tried to stand up and I kid you not I couldnt stand straight hahaha. Whoever said it aint powerful is in for a big surprise when they up their dose.

^ I find that difficulty moving at high doses has more to do with the mindload than the bodyload ;)

I know this is a bit off topic.. But I'm watching the movie The Tree of Life while waiting for the footy to start. Pretty weird movie however I really think I'd have a totally different appreciation for it had I dropped acid.

Very little dialogue (no wonder Brad Pitt didn't win an Oscar he has barely spoken in it) but really lovely visuals throughout.. And I know there is deep reflective message in here somewhere, it's just lost on me having smoked some shards an hour ago.

Has anyone experienced auditory 'hallucinations' on doses in the medium to high range? Not Can't think how else to describe them, but imagine the sound of a jet or train roaring through your head .

I remember having just had a couple of E's at my local pub. I was putting some songs on the duke box and a U2 song came on.. Don't know which one but it sounded like a Fighter Jet had just swooped my head.. I literally went into a total ducking position. Must have looked nuts to anyone who saw.

The other thing I experience is a kind of chatter sound when smoking Meth. Or I'd sometimes think I'd heard my phone get a text... And I would lay in bed and over and over think I could just softly hear my text tune. Oh and I once heard this distant rumble sound and could see an orange glow so was convinced the nearby national park was on fire. The rumble must have been in my head as a drive to investigate revealed the glow to be the city lights :-/

Yeah man I once came home on a rather large dose of acid, heard a possum in my backyard and became immediately convinced it was a gremlin in my neighbours backyard.
The logical part of the brain knew this was ridiculous, but the sound was so convincing that I still slowly backed into the house and locked the doors :\

Felix's still reliable after being stored for 4 months. Had two last night and had a good time but was a bit braindead this morning.
Also picked up a gram and a half of dmt havnt had any yet though.

I get sounds going 'round and 'round in my head on a loop... like if there have been lots of cars driving around, then I'll keep hearing them over and over in a really weird way. Music sounds a whole lot better of course... and back when I used to use nitrous, I'd have that flanging sound lasting the whole trip after that ha ha. :D

@sustanon - cid flowed through the cross mid-late '70's courtesy of *** and it was very strong compared to what's generally on offer nowadys. There was clearlight early on and black dots -also had my first and only hit of liqqy (on a marshmallow) - but blotter was most common and consistently potent. 1/4 was a manageable dose for out-and-about, 1/2 was definately a long night in and a full square was good for writing off much of a weekend. The source dried-up around the same time Operation Julie went down in UK and Ireland (but that was coincidental) and things went quiet all over. I heard the shitty cardboard that broke the drought was locally laid but I'd moved on from Sydney by then so never tried it. Since then when I've been lucky enough to score I do a full square to start and usually a half to top-up. Besides a bit of constipation and the mach 2 fly-throughs I've never had a negative experience on acid and hope I can still find it when I'm 60.

would that happen to be IRA (edited: at that time more likely to be CIA or american/vietnam related)

yeh operation julie fucked it for ages (hearsay), i suppose the next big producer was william leonard pickard? no doubt it was being produced in europe in the meantime though.

http://www.freeleonardpickard.org/

its 'funny' that after the julie bust and most of the acid dried up...what flooded australia next but good old smack and lots of it, and it was cheap...

has anyone else read 'the brotherhood of eternal love'? good read and you can download the ebook online free...sorry no link, google

Ahh cool, how old are you at the moment? Some say that the acid around years after that bust was flaoting about, maybe just rumors but they did produce a shitload of LSD that would last a very long time. Pretty sure there are new chemists around but maybe some of us were lucky to have had some that were made by them? Who knows.

Nice looking papers but why do people store in foil? arrghhh

Generally, to keep the tabs fresh and potent. Out of sunlight, not exposed to oxygen.
Just a way to preserve your tabs if you're not taking them immediately.

Yeah, those Felixes were brain meltingly good. Miss em!

Why wouldn't one store in foil? Also twice as strong as a felix is tasty, I loved those tabs.

I know this has been debated for quite some time now but generally I'm very pedant with a lot of things especially keeping the potentcy of certain substances. Aluminum is quite a reactive element, sometimes so reactive that it may form a layer of unreactive oxide on its surface almost immediately when exposed to air.

It's a pretty common element in general. I think the major problem would be if heat would be applied. I say baggie then foil then multiple baggies in a dark cool place (may use fridge or freezer but be careful of the condensation when there are sudden changes in temperatures. Best to take it out wait until it warms up to room temp then open. As long as its not exposed to light, heat or moisture it shall be fine. Some say its an over kill but its always good to be safe then sorry i suppose. Just my 2 cents. And yup those felix cats were very nice ones:)

The oxide layer would actual seal the aluminium so worries about leeching are unnecessary. LSD isn't that vulnerable. I have had tabs store in a CD case that was then "borrowed", and sat in a backpack for 18 months while my friend traveled through Europe and Asia (I'm assuming it probably sat on a hot tarmac waiting to be loaded onto a plane more than once). My friend was wondering why I was so excited to fine my Metallica One CD after so long (then a little white when he realised the bullet he had dodged) and I can assure you we both tripped balls like nothing else even after all that abuse. Ditto for tabs that have sat in the bottom of a hot car for weeks at a time before being rediscovered.

People even worry about adding liquid drops to tap water in case the chlorine destroys it intently. I wouldn't advise you store it for weeks this way but nothing happens if it sits for a couple of hours in a water bottle at a festival for example.

Well I usually put them in foil, bag them and put them in a secret hiding space, dark and dry and leave them there.

My friend found an Astroboy from way back when, in the plumbing in his kitchen. He took it, it was somewhat degraded but still had some effect so they can't be that precious.
