Im 5'8, 23y/o male with a healthy fighting weight between 150-160lb
I've been trying to get clean off opiates for a few weeks. For 2-3 weeks I'd only eat once a day, sometime between 6-9pm. I knew I was losing a lot of weight and muscle, but when someone I lived with commented on how much weight id lost and was concerned for my health (I'm not like skin and bones, I'd guess my current weight at 130-135lb)
since a few days ago then I've been making sure to eat atleast 2 real meals a day. One around 12-2pm and another between 6-9pm. I mean chicken, rice, beef, veg, potato, occasionally a trader joes frozen pizza or some frozen breakfast sandwiches. also have an orange or 2 or nut bars as a side to dinner
what can I be eating that will help get my weight up fast but will also be healthy? So no pizza hut or McDonald's etc. during this detox period I'm not really doing much physical activity, so I'm burning a low amount of calories.
this diet would be revolving around only two real meals a day. Eventually,I'll start eating breakfast again but during this whole ordeal it's really the last thing on my mind in the morning
