Hey everybody
I recently stopped smoking weed earlier this year because I had had enough of being stoned all the time after 6 years of heavy use. I am sure i was addicted (I know they say you can't or only a tiny tiny percent get addicted, but I think I was part of that minority) so I really wanted a change after all those years. I started smoking at 17 because of a stomach problem I was experiencing, so I started out smoking to help with medical reasons but I believe this played a hand in me becoming hooked right off the bat. I am really excited because of the fact that your brain doesn't fully mature until you are 25, so I figure if I spend the next couple of years sober and doing proactive things, I can recover from any brain development abnormalities. I also think anyone who doesn't think their brain doesn't change are really ignorant to the workings of your mind and body. So really I am asking will my brain recover?
