Benzos (temazepam, etc.) and Z-drugs (like Zopiclone or Zolpidem) have a high risk of dependence, and your tolerance to them will go up and up with prolonged regular use. I'd recommend an atypical anti-psychotic, which counter the same chemicals released by amphetamines. They're also non-addictive. I've been using Seroquel for years to help me come down from meth/amphetamines and sleep, and it works wonders. It's a major tranquiliser though, and it will leave you feeling very sedated the next day until your body gets used to it.
