I don't find 3-FPM that great. It's a good functional stim but gave me very little euphoria, and when dosed higher the euphoria did increase a little but the side effects became more predominant. It is very smooth, motivating, and puts you in a good mood. Some people seem to love it though, I wonder if it's down to individual metabolic differences.

I'm moving this to OD.

Never had major effects from 3fpm. Not a prescription drug anyway. Probably didn't take enough.
Phendimethrazine is still apparently available. Pro drug for phenmethrazine. Needs to be N demethylated in the stomach I believe or by the liver r whateverror.

I think phentermine is abused iv in some countries think SEASIA.

My 2 cent's is cyclizine. Available as hcl salt in 50mg tablets.
Really the best antihistamine when injected. Not very water soluble. Needs to be changed inot lactate or citrate salts to be done properly and safely.
Makes opiates feel twice as strong if not 3 times and has a rush of its own.

Baclofen, hydroxyzine, and nefopam are all wonderful potentiators of narcotics and I take the latter two by mouth to intensify nicomorphine and Blue Velvet (morphine + tripelennamine) three times a day along with orphenadrine. I could tell that baclofen was a gabapentinoid within 15 minutes of taking it; I tolerated it well unlike gabapentin, which gave me bad dermatitis for some reason. Sometimes I mix injectable orphenadrine HCl into the Blue Velvet and pretty much all of the time when my rotation has me taking hydromorphone in place of the nicomorphine; it is step two on a ladder for breakthrough pain the third step of which is the oxycodone + scopolamine + ephedrine compound. All of them make me feel just like Jesus' organic chemistry professor, which is a good marker for them doing a good job killing pain . . .

These days may be a good time for patients, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, professors, and researchers to start lobbying US pharmaceutical firms and the FDA to try to get nefopam approved as a first-line slight to moderate pain treatment . . . I would think that the fact it is not an opioid would make them look at it favourably.

Tripelennamine and orphenadrine are two other antihistamines which also have a rush and intensify narcotics and if I had a rotten feeling and breakthrough pain when it was too soon for MST Continus/Vendal Retard when I was taking it and too soon for the regular breakthrough pain medication I would do the two mixed together sometimes with nefopam too added as a third ingredient, plus hydroxyzine by mouth and it really did the trick. I believe that cyclizine pamoate, maleate, and HBr are still available some places; the HCl actually came in ampoules that I got scripted and I used to mix it with Heptalgin (phenadoxone) to get the Diconal-like effect; the narcotics are close relatives, the latter is made with piperidine, the former with morpholine.

I was just about to mention that lol. I listened to a podcast about the JFK assassination a little while ago.

I saw Soma and tapentadol mentioned, I used to eat a lot of those. One extinct pharm I'd trade my soul for is Dexamyl, a capsule containing both amobarbital and dextroamphetamine. Dextromoramide and ketobemidone are up there as well.

I also have a slight obsession with first gen antihistamines. Tripelennamine, orphenadrine, cyclizine (along with its opioid combo) and such.

Wouldn't mind an old fashioned Brompton Cocktail either. I mean I used to use heroin+cocaine+THC extract anyways but I'm talking the old school formulation(s)

I did look into that, from what I've read it's a little underwhelming though. I'd still like to try it however.

I'm pretty sure the ampoules would have been cyclizine lactate as the HCl salt is only soluble at around 1mg/ml h20. The citrate is not used medically but I have prepared it and it does work bur lacks the rush of crushed HCl tablets. Perhaps I need to up the dosage or else introducing water insoluble particles to the bloodstream has some sort of effect in itself!!
Would love to try a few 50mg cyclizine lactate ampoules for comparison.
Don't inject unfiltered tablets lol!! Altough this us basically what u have to do with diconal if you want the full effect.

Never tried orphenadrine or Tripelennamine saw the latter on an rc type site as a pure powder which might be interesting. Orphendadrine is otc in canada I believe.

Soma is completely unavailable in Ireland and UK. I've tried it in low doses in Brazil a's a combination medicine but never got much effect if any. It's hard to get i's it worth pursuing?
Always sounded like my kind of thing. I am benzoate dependant. 15 to 30mg diazepam a day.

Never got much from tapwntadol even in extracted and injected form in high doses. Then again I take 80mg methadone a day so.

Also dexedrine and barb combo pills really sounded like the bees knees

Never in my life could I understand using trazadone recreationally. I was given that in detox and it made me want to kill myself. It would give me dreadful sleep paralysis and intensely vivid nightmares. It was like taking blowfish poison.

I 100% agree! I could see how it's useful in sedating you to the point of having a mental capacity of a sea sponge I think some people out there just really enjoy downers. Anything that makes them black out can be enjoyable maybe? I've never had such a severe headache in my life as I did the morning after taking trazadone. I was also unbelievably grouchy, comparable to the unpleasant depressing hangover from benzos.

Adderall and ritalin are the most popular pharma amphetamines in the US iirc, and then concerta (which I think is gross). What are the more unpopular amphetamines that are good for recreation?

That whirring noise one can hear is CDG reaching 10 000 RPM in his grave . . . When did this tomfoolery begin? It sounds like at least some external pressure was involved, which is why people in the UK should strongly resist any post-Brexit effort of US pharmaceutical concerns to get their fingers into things because such a thing would be a flashing yellow if not green light to bring their Stockholm Syndrome from being scapegoated about the phoney racket "opioid crisis", and an anti-benzo/GABAergic crusade in the works, and also their institutional brain damage and sadism to the NHS. If there is any pressure like this from the same crew elsewhere on the Continent, I can only hope than Auxeunt will be next, just as I opposed Austria joining the EU in 1995 for that kind of thing and other reasons. However, there and in several countries that once were part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and Germany and the Benelux countries as well for that matter, they are pretty uppity and hostile about that kind of interference. Now there is discussion of euchring Switzerland into joining the EU, which would be a catastrophe on a number of fronts. Back in the day a doctor in Chicago tried to palm off trazadone for severe pain so I went and found a better doctor and she called the trazadone doctor a quack. Trazadone fogs the mind and is, for all intents and purposes, a strong, uncontrollable Cialis because it can cause erections lasting for days, which is not a good thing

Those folks may be putting more stock than is warranted in trazadone for that purpose because of the close relationship to cyclobenzaprine and more distantly orphenadrine; chlorzoxazone, mephenoxalone, paracetamol, clonidine, nefopam, DXM, loperamide/diphenoxylate/difenoxin and hydroxyzine and ideally carisoprodol or meprobamate for managing insomnia can be organised into an effective stop gap (for supply disruptions like the tapentadol after the hurricane hit the factory) and managing early to middle withdrawal. But if one has access to poppies, the derivatives of them work better and avoid the pitfalls of loperamide and any intolerances people may have to the above pharmaceutical list; if one can get codeine, dihydrocodeine, nicocodeine, ethylmorphine, and/or tramadol OTC, the certainty about doses will make them a better choice. And for a heavy habit such things as secobarbitone at night or phenobarbitone daily plus alprazolam at night before sleeping may be called for. Medium-intensity habits may call for gabapentinoids.
