The frebase may be very clean; it can even be distilled before converting to the salt.

You will never likely see the freebase, at least unless - heaven forbid - it should ever become popular with .... . Freebase would be difficult to handle and store and is not generally as stable as the HCl salt. Another reason no-one would want to make and sell the FB form is that the salt weighs more i.e. more weight in product is acheived for a given amount of starting material.

No, these are the tubes we use for DNA centrifugation in biology.
The vials i used were cylindrical, flattened at the end and had a plastic pull-off top.

Th dealer wanted the vials back after we'd drunk it, was happy to oblige.

I can also remember it being very very warm, maybe because she'd been holding it.
Effects lasted over 2 hours, great sociable little nifter.. and cheaper than pills.
 
I remember I once had essential oils in a little container almost exactly like you describe, can't find a pic though.

Syntheses instructions of PiHKAL aren't always written in great depth. A certain basic knowledge is sometimes presumed, and the book written in a manner which assumes the reader remembers what has been previously stated.

From PiHKAL #109: MDMA

...pooled extracts were stripped of solvent under vacuum. There was obtained 6.5 g of a nearly white residue which was distilled at 100-110 ° C at 0.4 mm/Hg to give 5.0 g of a colorless oil [This is the freebase oil -a liquid; p_d]. This was dissolved in 25 mL IPA, neutralized with concentrated HCl, followed by the addition of sufficient anhydrous Et2O to produce a lasting turbidity. On continued stirring, there was the deposition of fine white crystals of 3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine hydrochloride (MDMA) which were removed by filtration, washed with Et2O, and air dried, giving a final weight of 4.8 g.

Hey everyone,
one of the biggest difference between ghb and "E" when taking it is the taste. I've found that GHB has a salty taste to it, where as e and speed have an extremely bitter taste to it.

very ghb usually comes in 3ml container, with a plastic top best taken off by teeth you have to put the bottom upwrds then suck the desired amount out, depends on what it is cut to, it is usually a clear colour altough i have come accrossed it and a blue colour :) its taste well pretty hard to explain like yer but youll get use to it by the nite, aslong as u dont mix any depressants/alcohol you should be right, but take this drug with caution

Keep in mind that although GHB tastes salty(I'm pretty sure it *is* a salt), 1,4 butandiol (an analogue of GHB) tastes rediculously bitter (the worst thing you've ever tasted) but does almost the same thing.

uuhhhhh, have you tasted mushroom juice??? me thinky that's the worst thing i've ever tasted, and i've have 1,4B!
and i hear san pedro juice/goo is even worse(can't wait to try it tho)!!

i even think pills taste worse than 1,4B!
altho i've grown to love the taste of pills!! it still tastes worse tho! ;)

one of my mates was sooo desperate for a cone once, and we didn't have much, so he said he'd down a shot of the bongwater for a cone!!
needless to say, we just had to see this!! because the bongwater was very black, and you couldn't even see thru it in the shot glass!
he got his cone, and then proceeded to vomit soon after 8o

i admit, bong water is probably worse tasting than mushie juice. but you don't have to drink the water the get stoned(unless you're real desperate), but you have to drink the juice to get trippin! ;)

as long as i get sum cones as well. i aint had a cone in months!! =D
 
I'm having a problem believing people on BL let there bong water get so dirty....

Isn't this about harm reduction??
 
hmmm, just did a quick read on GHB.......

maybe that is what i took, who knows (well the bitter tasting version anyway). Certainly the little vial fits the description others have said. Im certainly aware of the Placebo effect, and spent the experience trying to forget about the stuff i took and just enjoy myself - the music was much better than I normally hear going out, and thats just what I did.....dance almost non stop (ant try my best NOT to analyse the effects). At the time it didnt even occur to me that it could have been something else.

BUT one other thing i didnt mention - I drank about 2 or 3 beers before and during the experience, and didnt feel the least bit sick. I actualy wanted more (beer), but was too tight-arsed to buy em!!


oh well, at least i had a great time!
