I saw this move in a double team once and only once. It was dope.

There is no official way to do that 'move', just watch where you saw it and do it. Or make your own transition of it, how does someone tell you how to do that move in text?

i saw one kid do it while peaking and i was flored, by far the coolest thing ever. It had some quick anime like finger movements before it. And i think he even said it had a name...but i cant remember.

Check out lokey on youtube, his recent videos. He throws that in there sometimes, anyway he has some of the smoothest / creative finger moves in the scene.
