On a serious note, after speaking to a specialist recently, one of the things i'm looking at is hormone regulation, which means that I have to make some pretty decent changes to my diet (this includes cutting out the vast majority of sugar for the foreseeable future *fruit included* and drastically dropping a majority of carbohydrates *except potato and very thin mountain bread*). I'm pretty much having an egg scramble every morning for breakfast and including various veges - asparagus, zucchini, broccolini, mushroom, tomato, and adding a heap of garlic, paprika and other herbs. I'm finding that i'm staying full until lunch and since changing my diet, my stomach isn't bloated, my reflux has all but gone and my skin is better.
I love eggs (and am so excited to get some chooks) :D
