Legless Man Kills Girlfriend.

What I saw of the coverage this morning, his apology to the parents seemed disingenuous.
Got annoyed when they were talking about his pet dogs, what the fuck have they got to do with him shooting his girlfriend.
Don't believe his story whatsoever.
 
No that's poor OTW. He's a runner not a jumper. And even though jumping uses legs, you've gotta make a pun that's a little more relevant to him.

I think soft speech is always a sign of a liar. If you are telling the truth, and really want to purport it, you speak confidentially and convincingly.

Oscar can't put his whole self into it. It's not all there.

Don't see that what that has to do with the price of butter but I'll add he's also got bad ego problems, a really unhealthy fascination with firearms. and, oh, he shot his gf into several pieces.
Amazed he hasn't had a televised chase through Jo'burg yet.
 
I'm not doubting the guys remorse, he's fucked up the way we might if we said something cruel during a row with our loved one! He's as much a victim of his South African macho culture, gun culture & of his own limitations as she is.

I find it well fucking sad, his testimony :( I know we're all having a bit of a laugh & I've laughed plenty, don't get me wrong. But it's still well fucking sad, don't matter who it happened to.

I am not for a moment excusing this guys actions, or his fucking bullshit excuses. But I feel sympathy for the man he is now even at the same time that I hope that he gets locked up & stays there.

I am convinced he shot her in a fit of jealous fury, he has previous in that department & he should never, ever be allowed the privelege of being in a similar position again during his life-time.

I also have a horrible feeling that somehow, he's gonna get off, & I'm kinda hoping that the misplaced eagerness of the South African legal system to impress the West, probably Britain in particular (as I say, this is misplaced), means they're maybe, perhaps going to fall on him harder than I fear they might. Then again, even if he gets life, I just can't see someone as famous as he is ever serving a full term in a country like South Africa. I doubt there's many South Africans on here to piss off with that statement ;)
