Legal uncontrolled amphetamines?

SO i was curious. Are there any chemicals close to amphetamine that are uncontrolled in the usa? Are there research chemicals very similar possibly not only in theraputic and safety profile but as far as effects go?
 
I don't know if its legal in the states, but that Ivory Wave, and stuff like that (sold as "bath salts") are supposed to be speedy. look into them.

Ivory Wave is MDVP. Not sure if this is exactly what you'd be looking for, best to look for a vendor and see what substances they have and research them.
 
Adderall is amphetamine-based, and easily available both stateside & here in the UK.

I'd go for that meself..

I konw, but the person said they were just wondering about legal alternatives to amphetamines, so any speedy research chem I'd think would be a good reply.
 
I know I know... I was thinking the same thing myself lol. My point still stands though and I do believe my answers were all fairly relevant to the questions posed. Sorry for being a broken record
 
I second Propylhexedrine(benzedrex inhalers). This is the closest legal thing I have tried to amphetamines. It works really well for me, though getting it down is unpleasant. Just be careful, take it too many days in a row, or take too much and the hangover is pretty wicked.

could someone please give a little more info on this? is it liquid that you'd drink or something? I read on wiki that its close to meth. I'm not big on stims, but I'd like to try it at least once. apparently walgreens has it cheap too.
 
Propylhexedrine is structurally similar to methamphetamine. The only difference in the two compounds is that an alicyclic cyclohexyl group is used in lieu of the aromatic phenyl group of methamphetamine. It is because of this that propylhexedrine is not an amphetamine, nor even a phenethylamine, but instead can be referred to as a cycloalkylamine.

Propylhexedrine, like amphetamine and methamphetamine, is a chiral compound (the α-carbon is chiral, like in its amphetamine cousins). Like other monoamine releasing stimulants with the amphetamine type backbone, the dextrorotatory isomer of propylhexedrine is much more active as a norepinephrine and dopamine releaser in the central nervous system than the levorotatory isomer is. The propylhexedrine contained in Benzedrex inhalers is racemic d,l-propylhexedrine as the freebase. It is likely that pure d-propylhexedrine would have a higher abuse potential and less undesirable side effects than the racemic compound.

Freebase d,l-propylhexedrine is a volatile, oily liquid at room temperature. This is the form present in Benzedrex nasal inhalers; the volatility of the freebase form insures that some propylhexedrine will be inhaled from the device when used as indicated on the label. D,l-propylhexedrine hydrochloride is a white powder if finely ground, or a clear crystalline substance if the crystals grown are larger. The hydrochloride salt can be vaporized much like the hydrochloride salt of methamphetamine can be.
does not sound like much fun to me really,i will do my dexedrine caps and some crystal meth instead..hope this info helps..too bad they don't have the old Benzedrine inhalers- amphetamine aka Benzedrine pretty good stuff,and it was legal till the 80's someplaces, now it's hard to get just pseudoephedrine for a cold,becasue the government puts limits and treats you like a criminal and you have to show photo ID and sign for psudoepedrine in the states I liv ein and around me,altho a lotta people still drive around to get them to make methamphetamine...hrrmmmppphhh no comments here....lol...

So if someone were to put the liquid onto foil it can be smoked? I asked once before about freebase benzedrex and smoking it, but I didn't get much of a response. (Btw, I am not asking because I want to smoke it, I am just curious... I am not that desperate to get high.)

Good question.

Here is what Wiki said: "While propylhexedrine is limited in a number of administration routes, attempts to extract the drug from the nasal inhaler and then inject it have been reported. Recreational use by injection is dangerous and could result in serious bodily harm or death. IV use of propylhexedrine is known to cause transient diplopia and brainstem dysfunction, and deaths have been recorded in the medical literature. Typically, recorded cases of IV use are prepared by forming propylhexedrine HCl in a solution with hydrochloric acid, the solution is then heated to evaporate and the resulting crystals are dissolved in water for injection."
It is limited in number of administration routes. So i dunno and also want to kno the answer.

Personally though I tried this drug and was cracked out, for the lack of a better explanation, for a couple days. Way too stimulating for me and def not for people with anxiety or heart conditions.

Oh and here in California every Walgreens has these inhalers for around 5-6%. You just have to be 18 to buy em

yes, there are more than one: propylhexedrine is a chem u can buy at publix , it is in the benzedrex inhalers just take the cotton out and eat them,i havent tried it (yet) but from what I have heard , it has more of a cardio load than amps, as for safety of propylhexedrine : less safe than amps, the cotton can in rare events block your intestines, and also DO NOT INJECT THE STUFF, it will kill you or at the very lease cause brain stem problems , it is also more dangerous due to its cardio load. the effects sound similar by what i read on erowid.

2-aminoindane, an RC fully substitutes for amphetamine in rats.

5-IAI , will be like mdma somewhat.

2-aminotetralin substitutes for amphetamine as well

2-Amino-1,2-dihydronaphthalene is about twice the potency of amphetamine

Naphthylaminopropane is a drug that according to wikipedia is a drug with slight amphetamine effects.
 
Do not eat the cotton. Soak the cotton in water with a half lemon or lime juice. If you eat the cotton it can block you GI tract, or at least leave it slowly absorbing in your system long after you want to come down. It's an ok high, the euphoria doesn't last very long though, and leaves you feeling stimulated without the euphoria which is just ok at best. Drink plenty of fluids/sports drink, and eat some candy/sugar stuff. Don't combine with caffeine or any other stimulants!

And zombart, I have read that on IVing. I also have found a detailed extraction to make the crystals, so I once posted a questions about turning the crystals into a freebase, but got virtually no answer. I know it is a difficult drug to use, hence it's legality, but I am really curious about smoking it and the effects of doing so. Is anybody willing to be the guinea pig? lol - that comment only had some seriousness to it (not suggesting you do it, but if you really want to, please post what you found!)
