Legal uncontrolled amphetamines?

Okay people, I have read tons of posts everywhere. There is this stuff going around, it's a light tannish color, really fluffy powder which kind of has a sweet smell to it. These people are calling it " Love" or "Luv" and apparently this guy buys it off the internet, the affects are pretty similar to coke: increased heart rate, pupils are like pennys, cold sweats, very energetic & talkative, and the come down is not too bad. 1g last about 6 hours. Anyways....what is this shit? Anyone know?

Since the substances being talked about here are all legal, am I permitted to ask for links to or info on vendors of any of these substances that have proven to be reliable?
I've been trying to find a decent legal alternative to Amphetamines for the LONGEST time, & although I'm sure I could easily find many sites that would claim they sold certain things, but I also definitely have a strong suspicion that many of those sites would be scams.

I once met a biker dude and he begins to tell me that he boiled down one of those (white) salt lick for cows and shit, you can buy them at the local feed store, Anyways he said he boiled it down in battery acid using a pressure cooker and some stainless steel spoons that the "stuff" will stick to after its, done or some shit.
Is there any truth to this because he was convincing and it sound's doable.
