That doesn't even make sense to me. They're equally available anywhere. There are no cities where certain drugs are more available than others, in the US, generally. RC or illegal.
Nobody has any idea which cities in the US have more or less cocaine, so why would you expect to be able to determine that about something that's hardly on the radar of any research?
