I know this isn't a psychedelic drug but there's a B&D on nootropics here and no nootropics sub forum so I don't know where else to post something relate to nootropics.
I just received a 2lb bag of lecithin granules today. I've been using alpha-gpc at 300mg a day but this is too expensive for me.
From what I've read on BL, 1200mg of lecithin seems to be pretty standard; however, the container that it came in said to take 2 tablespoons indicating that this should be a 10g dose. I weighed out 1 tablespoon and it was about 7.5gs so I think the portions on the container are way off.
I'm just trying to find a good dose. Does the usual 1200mg dose mean that much of soy lecithin or that much of one of the components of soy lecithin meaning that enough soy lecithin should be taken so that 1200mg of that component is ingested?
I did order more alpha-gpc which I plan on taking with the lecithin 4-5days a week when I work out and will probably only take 300mg of alpha-gpc with half of whatever dose I figure out to be normal for lecithin.
The only other nootropics I'm taking with this is piracetam and hydergine but my current supply of hydergine just ran out and I don't know how long it will be until I get more since it's not the easiest thing to come by in large quantities and good quality (FAS) for a cheap price.
