Don't use dangerous stuff like ether or starting fluid if your itching to make freebase / crack. You can do a fine job with baking soda or ammonia with no risk of blowing you or your house up.

Why are you trying to re-invent the wheel? Making freebase with ether went out of style when Richard Pryor blew up his face back in the 80s.

Yes, either Vanlier or xxl, which I believe are both from Europe had already mentioned that particular cut being used. The good news is that phenacatine is soluble in acetone, so it should be washed away with the acetone wash.

But I think it's more of a European cut, and not found in most U.S. samples.............................yet!

I would really like to know the actual amount of acetone that it takes to dissolve 1 gram of phenacatine, though.

Does anyone have that info? If so, please inform.

"................................my question is...what is DILTIAZEM .... searching says its a beta blocker heart med...and coke keeps it from helping heart....is this right... and why use that... cheap???.. or importer being smart ass... cut coke with med that it keeps from working...????

I'd like a link to this. It reminded me of something i hadn't heard about for years...
smugglers were dissolving toot and saturating their clothing with it. they we're able to pull out nearly 100% of it using some type of progress that was never disclosed as I remember.

This was a government stat from back in the early 80's and, as I said, hasn't been mentioned since or again that I'm aware of. If I'm correct, the reason for that is must have worked too well and didn't want to encourage such a practice.

Since they were getting past dogs as well as physical searches I wonder how it would stack up against todays electronic sniffers that can tell if you did a line recently? Any insight on this? It obviously involved some "washing" so it might be related.

Psy.. reading the DEA micrograms are interesting.... they had a Gelatin material w/coke in it... fucking plastic type material.... crazy.... the amount in each was not that much...alot of work for smugglin that weight..... but what I saw in several micrograms was the use of DILTIAZEM as cut... also I think one had lidocaine and diltiazem as cuts.... still wonder what it is... saw canadian pharmacy ads with diltiazem as beta blocker... just seems odd top use pharmacy type drug as cut.... seems expensive... also something that had GNC product used... didn't exactly.... I thought of the WOW stuff you mentioned... any input you have would be appreciated

The Diltiazem will keep your heart from racing, Lidocaine to give you the numb (and that is cheap and easy to get) and some cheap ass speed like bathroom meth for the omph.

In my opinion... crack has ruined it for good ole powder folks.... your average crack zombie will smoke whatever... ( I did have a discussion with a customer who comes in my store.. about crackheads nowdays... they are just fucking worthless.. compared to crackheads back in early 90s) anyway I guess SA processers are just sending garbage quality out.... but I guess if it sells thats what matters to them..if it sells don't change... there has got to be "high Quality" out there..... probably saved for rock stars and hollywood elite..lol ... maybe there will be an ad for SUPERCOKE tm on during Super bowl....... i can just see it now....... some funny ad during game...and next day everybody would be arguing whether the Bud , Dr. Pepper or the COKE commercial was the best

Production methods have also changed, because most of the chemicals used in illicit drug manufacturing are now watched all over the world. It is known that many major cocaine producers in Columbia are now re-using solvents, who knows what impurities and unknown side reactions would make it into the final product because of recycling solvents. Plus the DEA has stated that new chemicals are being used, probably because of the huge prices those closely watched chemicals would go for on the black market. Whether they are harmful to the end user who knows but $$$ is the prime motive so....

I Agree... I stay as far away from crack-heads as i can!!! I'd assume the crackers back in the early 90's were possibly doing coke whereas todays zombie cracko's WILL and ARE smoking anything without having a clue as to what they are smoking. I've been down that road and it was very disgruntling finding myself addicted to an unknown substance with no way of finding out what it was.

I can tell you there is a difference between those two substances. I honestly began to wonder if they were actually sabotaging the blow so you would have to smoke it cause it'd rip your nose right off your face!!

All I ever wanted was a decent line. I'm astounded by the crap you need to go through just to get something real.

when I tried yay after laying off from 92 til last year... I thought there must be... yay just for cooking ......and yay for snortin....then I figured out there is only 1 type of yay... and it has dual purposes... to be cooked into 'crack" or to clean the bathroom tile with..... after first line back after lay off.... Diltiazem, more commonly sold in US as Cardizem, seems like an unlikely choice for a cutting agent.
Prices for Cardizem(Dilt) run about $100.00 for the standard IV dose, which is 20mg in 10ml normal saline.
Pills, which would have to be crushed, and of course would leave a bunch of filler, run about $50.00 US for 1000mg.
I guess someone could have access to the actual manufacturer of Cardizem, but would they be willing to sell an unlicensed person plain cardizem powder, not in a pill or a solution?
Unless we have a serious conspiracy theory here, Cardizem just doesn't add up as a likely choice for cutting coke.

You don't even want to know....................or attempt it. Since no one really knows exactly how much water and/or alcohol is in hardware store acetone, I'll leave you with some actual numbers to consider carefully before you ever attempt it in the first place.

1 whole gram of pure cocaine is entirely soluble in just 1/2 ml. of water. That's right, 1 gram in 1/2 ml. Not good numbers if your dealing with any water or alcohol (same result) at all.

But if you read the entire 4000 pages of this thread, then you'd already know that you can easily turn hardware store acetone into anhydrous acetone by simply adding about 10 grams of anhydrous magnesium sulphate to a 1 liter can of acetone, shake thoroughly, and let settle for about 10 hours or so. How do I get anhydrous magnmesium sulphate you ask? Well, all you need is epsom salts. So, while your at the home store getting your 1 liter can of acetone, go ahead and pick up a bag of epsom salts while your there.

Go home, get out a baking pan, line it with aluminum foil, and spread out plenty of epsom salts. Preheat the over to 400 degrees f. Spread the epsom salts out evenly onto the baking sheet with no concern of using to much. You can just discard what you don't need when done. Bake the epsom salt crystals at 400 degrees for 2 hours. Your end result after 2 hours of baking will be an entirely different substance now known as, you guessed it, anhydrous magnesium sulphate! Dah, dah!

Now you can simply scrape up 10-15 grams of the newly manufactured anhydrous magnesium sulphate and with a small funnel, pour it directly into your 1 liter can of hardware store acetone. Shake thoroughly and then let settle for 10 hours. The magnesium sulphate will absorb all of the water/alcohol and take it to the bottom of the can. Therefore, once you've added the mag., never pour from the can again. Instead, only use a glass pipette (glass straw), or a glass eye dropper to barely reach down inside of the can of acetone to gather the exact amount of acetone you need without ever collecting any of the water absorbed goo at the bottom. In other words, once the can of acetone gets down to about 1/2 full, go ahead and discard it and start over with a fresh can of acetone and new anhydrous magnesium sulphate. That way you'll never get any of that goo in your acetone. Oh, and never use anything plastic like a drinking straw to draw out the acetone. plastic will quickly dissolve in acetone, and that's not a good thing. So always use glass pipettes, glass eye droppers, glass beakers or shot glasses and glass stir rods, okay.

Whew, I'm spent.

thats a scary thought... seems to be so lil % of coke in shit when it comes from the untouched( in states anyway) kilo..right off the mule drawn wagon driven by Juan.....having too much water wash away whats left after 5 levels of dickheads have cut, mixed or otherwise added whatever is under kitchen sink...once that and some of remaining yay is washed it might be 80% loss... listen to LeJunk... get good acetone of make your own its way worth the effort

By the same token, there should be a specific "focus forum" dedicated to cocaine alone rather than lump it with the sundry and miscellaneous . Cocaine is a specialist hobby in its own right, seems to me.

I have now washed two different batches of cocaine (from two different sources) with acetone and niether seemed to lose much weight. I followed the procedure exactly.

Batch 1:
The first batch lost about 20% weight after acetone washing and (by several users' judgment) was very good both before and after the acetone wash. The wash did improve taste and reduce any odor. The bleach test showed no amphetamines present.

Batch 2:
This cocaine came from a less reputable source and users assessed it as not very good before the wash. The bleach test showed orange-red residue sitting on the surface and red residues leaving red trails as they fell in the glass. I only lost 10%-20% weight on this batch using acetone. The end result is still not very good, giving NO numbness and only slight euphoria with increase in energy. I have procured Ethanol and will try this next method to see how much amphetamine comprises the total weight.

Are these results typical? Shouldn't I be losing more like, at least 50% of weight unless this stuff was coming straight off the brick?
