There's some really cheap, powerful, green/red laser projectors on eBay. About £20-£30 for something that would make a small club look great.

I decorated our loft room festival style when the kids were little. It's got all the usual toys, games, Xbox etc but also loads lamps and sparkly things - lava lamp, projector, UV, fairy lights, glow in the dark stars, smoke machine and hand painted trippy bed covers.
