Misc Ksa graduating to nicotine

Nicotine is a terrible terrible habit. It is expensive and it kills you. If you want study benefits drink coffee.

You are thinking of cigarettes. Nicotine itself isn't harmful to your health unless you overdose. It's quite similar to caffeine in that regard. Not that I recommend a non-smoker chewing nicotine gum as a study aid, just saying, it's not the nicotine in cigarettes that causes cancer etc.

I wouldn't use nicotine as a study aid, horrible thing to get into. try some good old fashion caffeine. the last thing someone who's not addicted to cigarettes should do is start messing with nrt's. my families plumber is hooked on the gum bad, his wife had it to quit smoking, he'd never smoked a day in his life. fortunately he doesn't smoke, but still why be addicted to a drug that does nothing for you and is considered one of the most addictive drugs out there.

I'm not talking about cigs here, if your hooked on cigs like I once was I feel for you. but if your using nrt for recreational purposes you're doing yourself a great disservice.

Well the thing is quite potent...once I start chewing the 4 mg, I gotta do it until I get the burning sensation and as soon as I'm a little dizzy, take it out of my mouth...if I keep going it's a bad idea lol but if I stop it feels great. It's like precipitated coffee effect, what snorted coffee would do if you could snort it.

Very promising developpements underway. I found a way to achieve considerable vasoconstriction by combining 2mg nicotine slowly chewed with codeine and caffeine. When dexedrine was dosed, half the dose produced effects similar to a full dose!!!

I'm in buisness madafakas!!! :)))

I'm not sure how those things work but when I was trying to quit cigs using nicotine gum, I went with the 4mg gum because I thought I'd have the tolerence (was a heavy smoker for years) for it, but I was very wrong, made me so sick! So I would say just stick to the lowest dose.

Don't start using nicotine I've smoked for 25 yrs its the dumbest thing I ever did. I wished someone would have kicked me in the nuts the first time I smoked. Did LSD the same night first time I ever did any drugs at all.

This thread is strange. I've never heard of anyone using nicotine this way. I've been a smoker for about 8 years prob more. I'm 21 lol. The only time I feel anything is when I've gone hours a lot of hours without smoking. If taking small doses of the gum only when studying is working I don't see the problem.

You smoke since you were 13? Man...you sure wanted to impress those bitches. Like the "petit frere" from IAM rap group, little brother, smoking to appear older! :)

I myself have never found nicotine to be sedating, it's actually the thing that mostly causes my insomnia, I guess everybody reacts differently.

You didn't get enough ^_^

I actually understood how this works within my first week. Chewing 2mg slowly over a period of 30 minutes makes you alert and stimulated, while chewing the full 4mg in less than 10 minutes makes you feel dizzy, drunk and sedated. Pretty hard to get 4mg of nicotine in less than 10 minutes by smoking lol.

Glad 2 teach.

You have to actually chew a 4mg piece of gum for 30+ minutes in your mouth to get the full 4mg out of it. You can get WAY more nicotine from freebase (cigarettes) in that amount of time. I don't really know why i felt compelled to say that. I've used nicotine for 10 years, cigs, cigars, chew, snuff, e-cigs, gum, patches, lozenges... bottom line is that it totally sucks and doesn't do shit really, except get you addicted for seemingly no reason at all. If you need that amount of energy just take a few deep breaths quickly...

Not really, I've been a smoker for 4 years, actually started because I liked the dizziness like you do, and I'm sure I've had more than 4mg at a time due to my friend who likes to make tinctures and snort them (I don't recommend it, it's fucking horrid). I'd just like to tell you to stay the hell away.

What you failed to mention is that you need to chew it according to the label indications and that if you chew it fast for 5 minutes you can get 3mg out.
