Known ne1 to OD on X?

OK, is the LD50 based upon people who have used it before, or is it based upon first time users....or does that not even matter too much?

I'm just learning myself
 
Taking 35 pills may be incredibly excessive, but I'd be inclined to beleive Red Arrow. He's posted before about his semi-addiction to MDMA and excessive usage and in the UK 20 pills isn't unheard of, so 35 is within the realms of possibility.
Same goes for 2g of MDMA.

Sticky Green, LD50 supposed to be the point where 50% of all users would be dead, but its usually worked out from rats or small animals where they just inject them with a load of MDMA and see which die. Since the rats usually haven't had MDMA before, its their first time.
Either way, with LD50's you shouldn't even think about getting to 50% of it, not by a long shot.

Damn and i thought the night i ate 6 1/2 Pink/Orange HQ's i was pushing it, id never want to go through that again. I was cracked out for 2 weeks atleast! but 35?!?!? I hope those were weak pills. My brain would never feel the same after that many pills. Im fine taking 2 pills every couple of months or so. Moderation is the key =D
 
Red Arrow aint bollocking. 35 pills is a lot to take in one session, but it isn't at all unheard of. Imagine you get pills for about $2. Imagine you get into buying lots of them so you can get them for even less than this, and you have a community of friends who take lots of pills too, and also have a stash. Eating lots regularly at an an accelerate rate is not a difficult thing to get into. And once you get into taking 10+, its an expenentional curve where 30 approaches quickly if you want added buzz.

I can easily see how people slip into taking shit loads because they don't gove a shit any more and it aint costing them much. Plus Europeans are more hardcore than Americans. This is fact, it's not dicksizing, just a fact.
 
why worry about the ld50, ur more likely to die from dehydration... cuz im damn sure u'll be running about alot
 
One time a whiile ago I was in the psychiatric unit of a hospital and my roomate was a kid with no arms or legs. He was there for ODing on MDMA, he ate 50 pills...but if someone makes it to the hospital on time, its hard to die from any amount of pills.
 
A dealer guy I knew once tried to off himself on E. We think he took around 25 - 35 pills over a couple of hours. For some reason he was at my house and when I came home in the am, he was very ill, twitchy, and babbling incoherently. We tried to get him to the ER but he took his clothes off and ran away. Never did catch him but a friend ran into him a week or so later and he was somewhat "aloof".

It was really scary and his back was spasming, almost like he had things under his skin.

i took nearly a gram of pure mdma crystal in less than 24 hrs, not the wisest thing to have done but there ya go, felt a bit shaky at the end but nothing worth worrying about....

im not a huge pill taker, never have been ....

its all individual but at the end of the day its not worth taking a chance and everything in moderation :)
 
Aight maybe she wasnt OD but it sure as hell looked like it. In my 3 yrs rolling ive never seen anyone so mind fucked as her. No responses from her for like 2 hrs and hands outta fuckin control. Shit my hands lock up sometimes from muscle spasms, but laying on a hotel floor swinging your arms and hitting(not hitting but soft slaps) hers self in the head. It alright for 10 minutes but not 2 hrs. Shit for all i knew her brain was frying. Shit she thought i was killing her buzz, what about mine i helped her to that buzz and she wouldnt even sit up and give me a hug to show me she a aight. She kept say oooohhh llleeeavvve meee allllonne immm rrroolllinnng nuuuttss. Then Id tell her I will when you sit up or stand up and show me your alright. And she couldnt even do that, thats why i thought she was brain fucked.

I dunno i guess when you've seen your bf of about 10 yrs basically die on your couch you get alittle paranoid.


Shit I thought i was going to get locked up for murder and shit if she sat there and died in my room, well she payed for it but it was under my name. I know one thing though im not going to be the first person to feed a newbie their first anything. That shits got me noided the fug out. Id love to see some Acid around Ky.

Ahh yeah, I have calmed down from doing 5 to 6 different drugs a week to just good ol Hydroponics and and occasional(1nce a month meth and rolls) and an occasional pharmy.

The oft-quoted ~100 mg/kg LD50 was from rats or somesuch. The human LD50 would be considerably lower...my guess is somewhere around 10-20 mg/kg for a single oral dose. When the dose is spread out over time or in people who have a tolerance to the drug, the risk is probably considerably lower. (If you take 35 pills at once with no tolerance you will very likely die.)
 
The LD50 is based on toxicity and side effects can and will usually kill you long before...
 
I think you are at fault here. It's sounds like you were the one who freaked out. Also, can you please take the time to use proper grammer. That was a pain to read.
 
sounds like she was just really fucked up. seeing as how the lethal dosage is 70 hits. the myths about ODing are false. chalk this one up to irresponsiblity. she was fucked out of her gord and it sounds like it was ur fault. not a good idea to have a first timer there when you and all your buddies have consumed like 5 or 6 pills. My advice is stop feeding pills to inexperienced users if you yourself are gonna be so fucked up you can't handle a bad situation.

I cant belive this shit!

In Feb this year, i took 5pills over the course of night.
Im serious, I have never felt the same since..I wish i could turn back time and i would never ever touch those pills! FUCK!
I cant even laugh at something funny anymore and you guys go eat 35pills or 2grams MDMA..Thats just fucking stupid..I never did take E after that night. i dunno whats whit me anymore..I know something is wrong, but i dont know why! Anyone knows if this seratonin will ever grow back?
