ketamine

Was definitly way more around 2-3 years ago. Again probably due to crackdowns that there isn't as much now days. Of course it's always about who you know, but based on trends there is less of it in circulation.

Why don't we all start speaking about the new mega drug 'Quack' so the media picks up on it and they crackdown on that. Then we get everything back that has been taken away by the old FPolicia.

Dissociatives are one of the class of drugs included under the blanket term hallucinatory; most of the drugs that are labelled as hallucinatory do not actually cause true hallucinations, most of the time true hallucinations aren't very pleasant. Most people would use hallucinatory to describe drugs such as this that cause changes in consciousness, including acid, DXM, 2c-x, etc...

By that definition pretty much anything can be considered a hallucinogen.

I preffer to group by classes. Psychedellics being your 2-c's, LSx's psilcybin etc, Dissacotiatives being your Ket, Nitrous oxide, PCP, DXM etc.

I supposes you could use hallucinogen as a blanket definition for anything that causes a shift in consciousness, but this can apply to just about anything.

There is a very notable differance in effects between psyches and dissacotiatives, large enough for myself at least to think of them as very differant classes of drugs that shouldnt be grouped together.

Thats my two bob anyway, some most likely think differantly but a very distinct differance in effects is enough for me to think of them as seperate entity's.

Then again, I trip ALOT and have probably put to much thought into this during my time down the rabbit hole ;)
 
K has become much, much harder to obtain due to the tighter regulations that have come into place in the past couple of years, making it much more difficult to dispense even on a legitimate basis (let alone an illegitimate one).
 
There used to be a lot more about before it became popular and vets/hospitals tightened restrictions on who can access it. I used to get those great 2ml vials straight from a hospital years ago, a nurse friend was able to walk up to an unlocked cabinet and help herself. These days it is treated more like morphine and stuff.
 
Having used 3-5g's pure racemic and occasionally s-isomer ketamine every week for the past 6 months, i can assure you all that Ketamine is definitely a Hallucinogen.

Try snorting 200mg pure racemic, chucking on some headphones in a dark room and tell me it isn't a hallucinogen.

I wouldn't say K is abundant by any stretch, but ive been getting onto pure stuff for quiet some time now and it is by far my drug of choice. One of the most bizarre yet intriguing drugs i've tried and continue to use for this reason. One of those drugs where you can analyse the experience as it occurs, and experience it in an out-of-body setting, which makes it even more amazing.

It's definitely around, it just seems to come in waves where there is heaps of it around and then the next thing their is very little to none available.

It all comes down to who you know or the circle of people you associate with.

It can be a very enjoyable drug in the right environment, it's definitely in my top 3 favourite drugs that's for sure. I use to love going out clubbing on it, it's very similar to GBL...

A very weird and wonderful drug but addictive and corrosive on the body. I must say it was very refreshing coming to australia from england and hitting the illegal raves to not find anyone k-holed. This drug has taken its toll on the underground rave scene in england, where i used to live it was very easy to come across even in nightclubs by the gram. Dangerously inexpensive and always pure crystals or liquid.
If you do find some, take luude's advice, 200/250mg, dark room, your favourite music and be prepared to be sucked into oblivion.
250mg K +150mg MDMA + LSD + Ntrous = best combo ever.
 
Not sure about LSD, but K + Nitrous was an insane combo the one time I tried it. A few lines and a single nossy blasted me into space.

K is very popular, it's just the lack of the drug in Australia that makes it seem less popular than it is.

I only know 1 or 2 people that have not enjoyed K (i'm putting this down to first dose being too large) and i'm sure if it's availability went up, the user base would be massive.

You only have to look at ketamine use statistics in some Asian countries and the UK to know how popular it can be...

It is a little similar in euphoric effects, just take away the hallucinations it can cause and it is very similar...

My friends and I have described GBL as a mix between alcohol and ketamine without the next day effects the two bring. Just the way Ketamine effects me anyways it could be different to you but I would say the two are very similar in euphoric effects :\
 
Wrong choice of word. Available would have been a much better word.

I know a a couple of people who don't like K. Both of them had ~500mg nasally and never went back to it.

Proptip: Horse studs ;)

I've never had any noticable hangovers from it. How do others fare?

Very. K for me tends to involve railing increasingly large lines every few minutes until I K-Hole, then cutting up and snorting another line as soon as I return to consciousness, rinse repeat until the drugs run out. Fun though :D

If this is true I think we need to charter an AUDD cruise to India for some good times :D
 
500mg of k insufflated?? 50mg K-ained me LOL No wonder they dont like it. Im not a big fan of it to be honest. Its not that fun unless u combine it with sumfn like acid and do sum bumps at the end while doin poppers all the way LOL
