[Ketamine Subthread] First Time

Well before I wanted to do Ketamine JUST to k-hole but didn't really know much about it.. I'm going to avoid a k-hole but try to have a really good experience with it.

Good attitude :)
Anyway if you're halfway to a K-hole (if we say that it's an actual point instead of a sort of infinite regression) it's still remarkably interesting. And at relatively lower doses it is more conventionally enjoyable! Would be a shame to skip it too fast / too soon. :D

it really scared me but was kind of cool at the same time.:p

Many worthwhile experiences are like that aren't they?
Which is exactly how K is intriguing and mysterious. Actually it really makes me wonder about the nature of reality without it becoming unhealthy like when I use a lot of acid in a period of time.

If you want to have a k hole i advice to have a sober person near you, that can call for an ambulance if you don't came back in 45 -60 minutes (maximum duration of ketamine)...it can be very dangerous, by inducing coma.

ketamine always makes me feel more understanding of people, and the human condition/way of life. i do really like it.

This is not really true, coma doses are like 750 mg while a K-hole dose is about 250 mg. And even if you would take 750 mg the chance of not coming back from that is slim at best.
What is actually responsible is to have a sober person near you that keeps you from aspirating vomit if you throw up during a strong out-of-body experience. I wouldn't say I ever did that but then again I never did insanely high doses where I'd need to be worried at all.
Bear in mind the doses I mentioned are for pure ketamine, while much is cut (impure). Without tolerance when I started with the pure S-isomer of ketamine I had a K-hole experience on only 75 mg insufflated. Granted this form is relatively even more potent than pure racemic (common) ketamine, I was really not in any acute danger.
Be careful with dissociation, but don't exaggerate the facts...

By the way, that first experience was a couple of months ago and I had K experiences before that but some time ago. So I didn't K-hole the very first time, only the first time after a long break.
Anyway S-ketamine is a lot more comfortable to K-hole with than R-ketamine, while the latter is a bit more fucked up and psychedelic.

I like to I.M the K and get inside the bed, lights out and headphones, usually with something ambient, like Elve, Ishq or Colourform. The experience for me is like being wrapped in a warm and sweet smelling rug, and this rug takes me to underground places, sometimes I see the room I "left", but it looks different, the furniture is changed and so. The feeling is very very nice, like touching cotton with your whole body, only there´s no body. Everything is purple.
Last night I kinda freaked out, after a couple of sessions in the middle of the night, i decided to drink some beer, and try a new batch of jwh-018. The 018 made me kinda skizo, I went back to bed and with eyes closed I could see what looked like my neurons, and they were all light up like a Christmas tree, and a weird "wiwiwiwiwiwi" sound that didn´t want to go off.... alprazolam was administered and the weirdness went off, lol.
Don´t smoke cannabis or cannabinoids after binging on ketamine unless you really want to feel freaky.

If you have a tendency to binge on substances, be careful. I lost a job and nearly lost my marriage over this drug. For me, it had everything I wanted in a drug: Euphoric, psychedelic, and speedy. The main problem for me was the speedy aspect... What did me in was staying awake for 4-5 days straight and then behaving like a fucking lunatic around my family, coworkers and in public. Not to mention trying to explain away the amnesia from the many times I K-holed...

In my opinion and experience, this isn't the sort of drug you want to try to maintain a "bathroom habit" on. I passed out too many times in the bathroom and came downstairs too many times before promptly K-holing on the couch next to my wife...

And yes, ketamine is extremely psychologically addictive. If you like the way it makes you feel (I've never known someone who did an appropriate dose and didn't), and you have more left, good luck rationing.

And by the way, this isn't a K-hater post... I fucking love K and if I had a vial in front of me right now I'd shoot it over and over till it was gone. Just feel like after all the shit I went through it's my duty to chime in.

From what i know from my personal use and what I observe at others, dosage vary a lot in accordance with weight and tolerance, therefore I think we must be careful with quantities

Here, in Bucharest, Ketamine is unscheduled, and number of ketamine addicted people is very big, so I had the chance to observe lots of user, but I want to detail shortly my case

First time when I consumed ketamine, approximately 8 -9 years a go (nice times, when I can provided directly from veterinary pharmacy with approximately 4-5dollars/gram) I entered i k hole after second line (they were little), and I was frightened, not understand anything that happens at that moment with me.

years have passed, take increasingly more, until I go in big black period, I was very addicted for about 7 months (I take minimum 2 grams / day, each day...If I had allowed I would take 4 maybe 5), and in this period I remember that I entered in k hole very few times...Luckily, I managed to pass this period, after I woke up in hospital, after 2 days of coma but a magic sleep for me.

Ketamine is very dangerous, the tolerance and addiction, install very quick and you don’t have time to realize it. After this period I learned to respect it, and I take for maxim 4 5 times per years.

I will insist on addiction, I have friends from childhood that are ketamine addicted for years, every day users…and are not few….all of them are destroyed, total broken reality, a parallel reality, and the biggest bad thing is that they can not understand that they need a long break, and can not be convinced in any way 

ALWAYS use a tiny amount first to check for ideosyncratic reactions to the drug - I generally recommend 1/10 the active dose, which in this case is 3-5mg. If you're OK with that, then (amd only then) proceed to try full on doses

PS experience with traditional psychedelics isn't much use when it comes to dissociatives - they're as different as thinking that having had speed prepares you for LSD...

This is about the only thing we agree on. Dissociative doses should always be measured in mg/kg.

Ketamine is very dangerous
Please bring evidence to support your claims or kindly stop making them. Ketamine is a very safe compound.

Ketamine has only scared me when I begin getting scared on...well, losing my mind. In the middle of a K-hole, if you start thinking or try to come back to reality, you'll lose focus and become anxious and impatient. Controlling a K trip is near impossible.
Once you learn to go with the flow, as with any psychedelic, it's a much more pleasant experience. I can almost feel the anxiety drop from my body sometimes when I just think to myself "Just let go, and don't worry. You'll be just fine"

Follow the trippy thoughts and don't be scared for them to frighten you. You might learn something.

.huh?

^pharmaceutical opiate pills seem fairly safe in the long term.

Not if one shoots them. Also, off the top of my head LAM, methadone, Ddemerol, and darvon have some very nasty side effects and are prescribed for chronic use but IMO shound not be. I am assuming that by opiate you are including opioids (that seems to be the case on Bluelight)

in 10 years is the only drug who made me addicted, it was very cheap and easy to provide and I like it very much, in these circumstances he completely destroyed my mind by creating something like a parallel world, without realize….addiction install very quickly

In the same time, I saw a lot of people that became addictive with their life destroyed by this compound...how safe are this?

Yes, if we will look at death rate or something similar is a very safe compound, but if we will look at addiction, how quickly installing it and effects on long term daily is using.....I will be more reserved.
